My 10-yr old JRT Max does exactly the same with stuffed toys, and he lies on the floor just the same, with his hind legs spread. They just don't realise that once the stuffed toy is demolished, it's no fun any longer to play with!

Duke's a killer! I know My dog Duke did the samething to his doggy bed when he was little, destroyed it. Gotta be selective in the toys now!

He's a jack russell / german shorthair pointer mix, so thats why he has longer legs than most jack's, so he's got jack hyper- pointer hyper so that makes for a nutty dog!, take care!
