hello my child is 4 years old but does not say mama baba or repeat after me although he makes some sounds i am really worried about him , his logic seems fine although he likes to play with me his father but little interaction with other kids , he showed some signs of autism but really worried about his speech could you advice me what to do

You need to begin with an evaluation. Your local public school is legally responsible for providing this evaluation as well as services free of charge. Ask for an evaluation of speech and language as well as general development. If there is a university near by you can also get an independent evaluation there, as well as at a private practice.
