@GECP4256 well. I own only one brass engine. they are very expensive and they look great. the brass steam engines on this SP Shasta layout have each been tuned up to work very well. It appears that in the past couple years, numerous well running, good looking, plastic steam engines have been introduced. I have not made a detailed comparison so cannot really claim one is better than other.
Beautiful modelling. Great looking train. Must say though that 4457 should have had skirts and been red and orange during pre-streamlined era of Cascade. 4431 was black during this time and assigned to Portland Oakland trains.
I believe the passenger cars, And correct me if I'm wrong, some of them were Brass, like the Observation Car, and Diner, the rest look like either Walthers or Branchline Cars. Anyway Excellent camera work and modeling.
VERY BEAUTIFUL video!!! I´m so happy to see my two most favorite american steam locomotives (GS-4 black & deskirted and SP-1/2/3) in one video doubleheading a nice passenger consist!
Ok, great! I've read that artical more times then I can count, Dunsmuir is one of if not my favorite places to railfan, and this really shows how it was well. I'll be sure to get the next GMR (knowing MR it'll be up for preorder next month, lol).

Hello, this is a first class railroad all the way! Is there a site where I could view more of the railroad along with a track plan?
