this is a good lesson for you. You should never be girlfriend/boyfriend centered. If you make them your paradigm(or life center) that's like cutting yourself deeply because you are going to break up. You don't know what love is until your brain has matured. Don't mistake love for need, it does nothing but make you miserable and never let go of that person. I had to learn that the hard way.
