@simkolkay It's hard to say...2011 has not been 'tame' even by apocalyptic standards, but that doesn't necessarily mean natural disasters and wars start ramping up from here culminating in the return of Christ, it almost seems too obvious by now...neither the hour nor the day will be known, and I take that to mean nobody knows or will know, or can know...period; the point is be ever vigilant (current events ARE intriguing, but perhaps we shouldn't read too much into them)

@Silvermine7 I agree that no man knows exactly, that's why i hav e deliberately distanced myself from saying they are fact even the dates are merely educated guesses from my interpretation of world events over the years. If the 4th seal isn't opened in 2015, i go back to the drawing board. Jesus did say that the generation of Matthew 24 would not pass away until all is fullfilled, hence the timeline, so the beginning of that generation should give us a good ball park figure. Cheers.

We know we're not in the tribulation because the is no One World Gov't, plus the anti-Christ hasnt arose yet, plus there hasnt been world wide peace. When you read all of Matthew 24 we must remember it is in chronological order, and Jesus first talks about the birthpains through verse 13. Then he goes to the tribulation and refers to the prophet daniel, which means..

Daniel explains in Chapter 11, which we remember is in chronological order, that a great battle will happen and then the anti-christ will set up his rule. We have yet to see the great battle, so we know we arent in the tribulation.

The time of the end began when the fig tree started to blossom, the fig tree is Israel, and it was rebirthed in 1947. Thats when the end began. The generation that witnessed that will not die before the end. A generation is 70 years according to the scriptures. 2017 is 70 years from 1947, which very well can mean the end will take place..

The apostle John quits mentioning the church in Revelation 4 which is when the anti-Christ comes on to the scene. This may mean that the church wont be here when the anti christ is ruling. I own a copy of the kolbrin bible which to me is a very good account of history and wisdom. It also has a book about jesus. So either the bible is flawed or vice versa. founding of the State of Israel in 1948, but somewhere in Numbers I think a generation is said to be 70 years. Also, I think that 12/21/12 must be the latest that the Great Tribulation starts.

Sorry, but in your prophecy chart- you center around the US. The events in the end times center around Israel; so the last generation that is talked about, is the generation since Israel became a nation in 1948, as sinularia above also mentioned. And yes, there is a 40 year generation- and also a 70 year generation (I have heard mention of a 100 year generation- but don't know about this one). The 40 year generation has already passed. We'll reach 70 year generation in 2017.
