However if an officer is trying to put you in handcuffs and because you feel it is unfair then that is not a reason to fight. Some states have it in law that you can fight back from the police but if you do you better make damn sure you are in the right. Also if an officer seems way to aggressive for the situation at hand you can request a supervisor come. ( From my knowledge they have to come if requested by a citizen or officer) then when he shows up.....

how ever view the web page the front page and look at all the instances of police misconduct that they track on a daily basis (except on weekends) during the week they generally have any where on average between 16-24 reports, and during the weekend they have maybe 12....
