if i saw this. i would take my baseball bat n smash the cops skull in and i know he wasnt doing what the cops were saying but anyone would try to move if they are getting kicked and abused..
Due to difficulties associated with 2009 data being an estimated projection based on about 9 months worth of data it’s difficult to say definitively whether police misconduct rates are increasing or decreasing using our methodology. While media reports from a few states this year have indicated that internal audits show a rise in misconduct for those states, too few states release this kind of data in a reliable way. While the national average appears to have decreased slightly
@ilovealexjones1 how is this police hating they seem to be pretty cautious before making any sort of assertions and comming to conclusions...if they were cop hating they would take the first and most severe article that backs up the fact that police misconduct has increased and use that to back up their claim...you they would do what alex jones does...but instead im sure you were able to look at the front page and and determine its credibility....
@ilovealexjones1 Alex Jones is a hack. He says " oh police are not the problem the government is the one giving police the orders to do these things" then he goes by a check point and calls as many police there a nazi and a SS. and I already said they were not police hating you idiot why don't you learn to read
@popemobil74 hey guy you know why he called the police at this check point nazis....maybe it was because they were acting as such...they were doing things that is inherently fascist and authoritarian, which should be opposed in a so called free society...
@ilovealexjones1 Then if you find it so revolting then why don't you form a group protest get a petition started do something why do you think calling police Nazis is going to do anything beside make them mad.
There appears to be a correlation between higher misconduct rates and ineffective prosecution of criminal police misconduct charges when we see how the states with the worst prosecution rates rank in the lower 50th percentile for misconduct (with the exception of Washington DC, however DC’s transparency index is the worst in the nation so that locality’s low misconduct rate may be a result of under-reporting).
@ilovealexjones1 A lot of police misconduct charges are complete bull so that is why there is not that many actually prosecuted. Also some police misconduct also results in getting fired and not criminal charges because they do not warrant them.
@popemobil74 if they commit a criminal act they should be charged and treated as any other criminal, if not worse as they abuse their power which would add official oppression or some other related charge that should carry a heavy sentence....if you follow that misconduct tracking site like i do for long enough you will realize that law enforcement has a concerted effort to cover up their crimes and the crimes of their fellow cops and often times witnesses often contradict police stories
@ilovealexjones1 Ok well using the site only 23% of the misconducts are worthy of criminal trials the only exemption is forced sexual misconduct. Not every misconduct is something that is punishable by getting prison time.
@popemobil74 4,861 – Unique reports of police misconduct tracked
6,613 - Number of sworn law enforcement officers involved (354 were agency leaders such as chiefs or sheriffs) 6,826 - Number of alleged victims involved 247 – Number of fatalities associated with tracked reports $346,512,800 – Estimated amount spent on misconduct-related civil judgments and settlements excluding sealed settlements, court costs, and attorney fees.
@ilovealexjones1 Ok you still have yet to disprove my point. Not all police misconduct cases are of something that would result in jail time. How is something like sleeping on the job worthy of jail time? or asking a sexual favor and after the person says no you leave. How is that worthy of jail time?
@popemobil74 hold on you think that an authority acting in their position of authority power telling someone that is not, to have sex with you isnt something of consequence???
its called sexual harassment jack ass, this is a crime, but according to you this is ok for some one in a position of power over someone to ask the people who are subordinate for sex...
go on that web site again look at the things they track most of them are things that would result in jail time...
@ilovealexjones1 let me make this clear....if the general public committed the same actions that these law enforcement officers had done then they would most likely face jail time....by the way when a cop is sleeping on the job he is stealing from tax payers....so technically stealing is a crime right?? thats like me entering in to a contract with someone to do a job and get paid...and the me saying fuck it i will just sleep and rest while i get paid...
@ilovealexjones1 You misinterpret my statement let me give you an example: A male goes to a female and ask if he can have sex with her. The female says no. Then the male leaves. That is what I was talking about nothing in that is sexual harassment maybe you should learn to read jack ass.
Also sexual harassment is when someone keeps pressuring for a sexual favor after one party says no.
So even if an officer ask someone for sex and they say no and s/he doesn't pressure it then it is not SH
@popemobil74 when a cop is on duty he should not be asking anyone for sex because he is acting as an authority, i mean a cop pulls a woman over, and simply asks for sex, either way he wins, he gets sex or he gets to write a ticket giving him points with his dept.
also sexual harassment can be something as little as telling a sexual joke or something of that nature...
in their personal life off duty they can do what they wish, but i dont think normal people go around asking people for sex...
@ilovealexjones1 Most people don't I was making a statement and you took it way to far. Also sexual harassment is usually handled in civil court not in criminal court so my point still stands valid. and again you address your self instead of me when trying to write back but I will respond anyway.
If you sleep on the job rather you are a cop, contractor, or work for a company then you are stealing from them so you are saying that everyone who sleeps on the job needs to be arrested
@popemobil74 i dont know maybe they should be arrested or held accountable in some way...i mean stealing while working for the public, the tax payers, is alot different than sleeping on the job as a private worker...i dont care what private companies to they have the right to set their own policy...but as someone working for the state (with their already inflated salaries compared to the private sector) should be held to higher standards which they are not....
@ilovealexjones1 How is sleeping on the job different in the government scoter then it is in the private sector and they do get held accountable they get fired. Also what do you mean that they have inflated salaries? Were I live the jail officers make about 10.82 an hour how is that inflated also the Highway Patrol starts out only making $27,000 a year yeah that is really inflated
@popemobil74 when someone sexually harasses someone in the work place...that person is usually fired...failure to do so could bring civil penalties to both the individual and the work place....i dont think your work has sent you to enough of these sexual harassment workshops that these man hating dykes run....remember even telling a joke that is sexual in nature that is simply overheard by someone else, could be considered sexual harassment...asking for sex is alot more severe than a joke....
@ilovealexjones1 I never said it was a joke. I was making a statement about how it is not something that is handled in criminal court. You have taken a simply statement and took it way to far learn how to read. I know what sexual harassment is
serously pope mobil you started this by falsely stating that i was saying kill police officers....when i clearly said only kill to defend your self.....defend your self from criminal cops as you would any other criminal... but nope you have picked a fight, and from the start you have been proven to be wrong and misguided...you are a moron get the fuck out of here, you are like a second grader with your view of police....you dumb fuck you waste my time ass hole
@ilovealexjones1 If you want to try and cuss me out at least be a man and actually address it to me and not be a bitch and post it as an actual comment and I looked at my page I got 2 things from you and there was no website. so quit lying and trying to insult me while acting like a 12 year old kid
and if you actually too the time to view the information that i sent you you would have found it ...(instead of being a typical retarded american who is too small minded and retarded, would rather insult the person, and their sources) you are just a typical retarded ass wipe you deserve to die because you waste my time like an idiot you have the whole internet at your fingertips you have no excuse for being a small minded moron....i can back up everything i say you can not...
. Of those 3,238 criminal cases against law enforcement officers in the US, only 1,063 officers were ultimately convicted of those charges or reduced charges associated with the original allegations. Of the law enforcement officers who were ultimately convicted, 36% were ultimately sentenced to spend any time incarcerated and the average length of incarceration for those sentenced to prison or jail was approximately 34.6 months.
For a comparison we used data from our National Police Misconduct Statistics and Reporting Project (NPMSRP) which tracked over 8,300 credible reports involving allegations of police misconduct in the US from April of 2009 through December 2010 which involved nearly 11,000 law enforcement officers within those 21 months. Of those reported allegations, only 3,238 resulted in criminal charges against law enforcement officers.
From that report we established a baseline by examining the latest data released by the US Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) which indicated that the conviction rate for members of the general public who were tried on criminal charges ranged around 68% from 2002 through 2006. Furthermore, the US BJS reports indicated that the incarceration rate remained fairly stable at an average of 70% and the average length of post-conviction incarceration for the general public was 49 months.
Per a recent analysis we published this year using data gathered by the NPMSRP from April of 2009 through December of 2010 we determined that prosecuting police misconduct in the US is very problematic with conviction rates, incarceration rates, and the amount of time law enforcement officers spend behind bars for criminal misconduct are all far lower than what happens when ordinary citizens face criminal charges.
@theguyisinthailand Your an idiot first the police taser is 50,000 volts not 300,000 and second the taser only last 5 seconds before it stops it does not work like a stun gun you pull the trigger and it goes for 5 seconds and stops then you have to re pull the trigger to start the taser again
@theguyisinthailand What do you mean " the 300,000v comes from a taser site" police only use TASER International Tasers no one else's. also I am confused on what you mean by "PUMPS". Police give plenty of time to respond you said yourself in your first post that they taser people for 15-20 sec. Well sense I proved to you the taser only last 5 sec then the other 10-15 is time to respond. I have been hit by a taser and trust me 10-15 is more the enough to respond. The police only get...
@theguyisinthailand violent whenever the person is violent or when there is a high possibility of violence in this case the guy had a sawed off rifle and was reaching for it. That contuse violence, if i had a gun and i was going to kill you with it if i got a hold of it would you not try everything in your power to stop me?
Do you know what a police state is? go look at wikipedia and you will see USA is one of the most least restraints in the world just look up police state in wikipedia....
@theguyisinthailand And at last responding to your last comment calling me a "nazi skin head" Really I explain how a TASER works and im a nazi? Im all for flexing your rights i also am not a police officer. I can understand having a debate but be civil and not result to childish ways to try and get a response out of me im above name calling I will however say sorry for calling you an idiot that was uncalled for. I should have assume that you had no idea how a taser works.
@theguyisinthailand exactly its like when they are beating someone and the victim is simply putting their hands and arms over their face in defense...the cops will generally yell "stop resisting, dont resist" or the numerous cases of law enforcement trying to make disabled people do certain things that they physically can not do, and then using violence in order to teach them. this is why i support the killing of criminal cops....
@theguyisinthailand The bad cops will kill themselves or will be killed by other bad cops.
what does this mean...im pretty sure the bad cops wont kill themselves.. bad cops generally stick together and protect each other....if anything the citizens and other good cops need to arrest and defend themselves against bad cops who seek to infringe on the rights and harm people, even if that means using violence....this is the only way to get rid of these bad cops cuz the courts will not....
that is what you get, you could obviously see the guy kept on trying to gut up , he is lucky he did not get shot, now go to jail--- god bless the police
Ignorant u know what's on here. Well really only one yellow fungus thank god we still have people left like u in the world. That other idiot is the reason u know what's have been set back so far, but they blame it on the white man. Everyone else is responsible for their lives except for them. Give me a fkin break. I'm willing to bet this dummy is a career criminal as well. The one who loves Alex Jones. Is dat yo baby daddy locked up in ehalley Ave umh ??
Good job NHPD. The idiot saying the subject resisting arrest isn't fighting should crawl back under his rock. If the subject were complying he would have put his hands behind his back and been handcuffed instead of resisting and locking his hands underneath him as though he had something to hide.
@ILOVEALEXJONES1 the reason police were responding was shot tracker recognized a shot on that street from that suspect he did try to shoot someone but missed your a uninformed moron just like your namesake
Donaby moans in pain throughout the video while police demand that he put his hands behind his back. Donaby can be heard saying, "I can't." His mother reported that her son sustained a prior shoulder injury that may have prevented him from complying with police.
yea this guy really deserved it....not that all bystanders there say he wasnt resisting or attacking officers...
People say they want the police to go catch the real criminals and murders.... Do you really think they will just give up and go peacefully? I'm sure this schmuck is the average law abiding citizen walking down the street.... oh no its the typical racist cop beating the poor black man... get over yourselves people. Police work is not pretty that's why they dont have grandmas being cops... The police dont care what you are doing as long as you obey the law and you dont affect someone else.
@yellowfungis lol thats complete bull shit....alot of the times when you are arrested its for behavior that is NOT affecting anyone else....(drug laws anyone)...how about the catch all disorderly conduct...you see what you stated is what a free society is supposed to be...and that is you aught to be left alone unless you infringe on the rights of others, that however far from reality....also tell me what justifies the police basically gang beating someone for a minute or more???
@ilovealexjones1 Drug laws????? Drugs affect whole community's. You bring drugs into a neighborhood you bring crime right along with it. Drugs and violence go hand and hand. Have you ever been to a metropolitan city? You have to gang bangers that will shoot a kid for "disrespecting" them. Who are the ones who produce the drugs? The Gangs.... Drugs are the biggest problem in this country and saying that they are victimless crimes are pathetic. Think past your high and think about other people.
@yellowfungis ROFL...maybe just maybe crime follows drugs because its a black market product right...alsojust like gang bangers that shoot kids for disrespecting them...their are police brutality cases that were justified because they were disrespected as welll and ive dealt with these gang members and drug dealers they arent scary people....lol drugs are the biggest problem...yea those people who are using drugs in their home are a real nusance...
@yellowfungis you realize that prohibition is incompatible with a free society right...also if you think drugs are so bad you must also believe that people have no right to drink alcohol or coffe right because alcohol at least is far more destructive than any illegal drug is....but your solution is to keep drugs illegal thus maintaining the cash flow to those who distribute drugs on the large scale...you know like the govt...
@yellowfungis 'drugs are the biggest problem in this country" wow you really believe that?? you clearly are nothing but a retarded piece of shit american who deserves to be killed like most americans...who claim to love freedom but in practice you hate it....go to hell bitch stop regurgitating some garbage that is taugh in a second grade dare class....if drugs are so bad why is alcohol still legal....lol you didnt even touch the fact that prohibition is unconstitutional....
@yellowfungis shit even my parents have friends who use cannabis and they have jobs and they have children and nothing is wrong with their lives tell me in your mind these people are criminals because they choose to do something that dosent infringe on the rights of others?? according to your logic people shoudlnt even be able to eat what they choose because they health problems they may get affects all of us in regard to the medical industry....sorry your collectivist reasoning dosent work
@yellowfungis umm no one has mentioned racist cops and insuinating that race was a motivating factor in this....only you are....this whole comments page so far is full of complete bull shit in a futile attempt to justify what happened...i will restate my previous point...while some force may have been necessary this is clearly excessive force....their is excessive force and their is unnecessary force....this could be both, but it is definitely excessive force...
@ilovealexjones1 it takes a quarter of a second for someone to produce a handgun and fire accurately from a proned out position. This man had his hands tucked underneath himself from a proned position. He is just as big of danger there as he would be standing up. If you have never actually seen and been involved in actual police work you have no idea how many ways a situation can turn for the worst for officers. You resist arrest and not comply with orders you deserve every last bit.
@yellowfungis so even though this guy COULDNT comply because he had a shoulder injury he "Deserved every last bit"
also according to your logic because it can only take a second to produce a gun and anyone can be a danger to cops why dont they treat everyone like this....after all police work is SOOO DANGEROUS.... even though they walk the same streets as everyone else only they get to go home at night...
@ilovealexjones1 You need to pull your head out of the sand.... 94 police officers have died in the united states THIS YEAR. 95% of police work goes unreported in the news and the public knows nothing about it.... The average citizen knows next to nothing about what actually goes on in the streets besides what the media reports....
@yellowfungis yea criminal justice classes teach you nothing right...instead you go by this dogma that they teach prospective cops about how everyone is a deadly threat and how they risk their lives every day and so on....its called bull shit and they feed it to you and your more than willing to consume it....
@yellowfungis yea drugs are so dangerous....Clayton Co GA deputy fired for helping school administrators strip search a 12yr-old for drugs in front of other students including one that said he had drugs but then recanted before the search. The boy had no drugs or anything illegal on him.
good thing we treat citizens (and children) like the criminals that they are because here we are guilty and must prove our innocence....but idiots like you think you are doing 'gods work'
@yellowfungis here is another one from today...hmm if this happened to someone whowasnt a cop i bet they would be arrested face other consequences....Greenville TX police bloodhound dies after left in back of cruiser. The officer who left him there is on paid leave but not as discipline, but to grieve according to police officials.
@yellowfungis on about any given day around 15-20 instances of police misconduct and police brutality are recorded...here National Police Misconduct statistics and reporting site....and those are the ones that are known about
im pretty sure thats the problem not so called free citizens trying to use drugs....and even if these individuals commit real crimes, you have laws for that....
@yellowfungis you are right the media reports the streets being bad and how everyone should be afraid, and it gets everyone talking about these 'bad areas' like they are war zones and such...yet ive been in these areas...and their is really nothing to fear unless you are a moron, which is why i assume most cops have difficult in these areas...the difference is that the cops at the end of the day get to go home everyone else is stuck there....
@yellowfungis its called being innocient untill proven guilty ( or at least some probable cause) that is why cops dont go around assuming everyone has a gun and everyone is a deadly threat to cops...but what you are saying is basicly everyone is a possible threat and everyone must be treated as such...
@yellowfungis you see im a criminal justice major...most of the "cops protect us" cops put their lives in danger every day" is mostly bull shit....so because a situation can turn bad for cops in so many different ways it justifies the cops basically beating some guy on the ground for a minute a guy who isnt doing anything....clearly logic is not one of your strong points...
@ilovealexjones1 Congratulations being a criminal justice major means nothing except you think you know how police work is done because you read it in a book. Try doing some ride alongs in different citys.... urban, suburban, and rural.... and not just a few hours ride for over 100 hours so you really get a taste of it all. Then you come back on here and tell me why this guy "isnt doing anything".... Go to the force science institute website and try to learn a little more.
@yellowfungis guy i have more experience working with gang members and drug dealers and the like cuz i was apart of that whole i guess life style i guess...unlike a cop i wasnt totally frightened and scared for my life around these people....sure ive been robbed and others have tried to infringe on my rights...you know what i did, i manned up and challenged them and defended my self, and they stood down....i dont need a badge and training its called common sense....
@yellowfungis you do realize that the vast majority of arrests are made through co operation of the suspect right?? i mean this is obvious... i mean mouthing off would be the extent of the resistance most cops receive, and this isnt really resistance...and running ones mouth....well we know the old saying 'what you say can and will be used against you'
But according to the crime blotters in the Register and the Independent, police say Donaby had a gun. Wilson says she did not see a gun during her time on the scene. Nor did other witnesses interviewed by the Advocate. Afterward,
At 59 seconds in the video, a voice can be heard asking: “He had a gun. He had a gun, right?”
hmm so it looks like they dont even know if he really had a gun....
In the first 20 seconds of the video, a white cop kicks him four times, punches him twice, kicks him four more times, stomps on him, kicks him three more times, and stomps on him twice while the other cop holds him down.
At one point, while Donaby is flat on his stomach, one officer picks him up by his hair and slams his head on the ground while the other kicks him in the torso.
@RashadCTNY yea because anyone is a bitch to cry when they are being assaulted by a group of officers, im sure you wouldnt....umm clearly this guy did have a chance to shoot his neighbors or anyone else, and he didnt it....he HAD a gun which means he had that chance and like most people choose not to shoot anyone for no reason....remember we are ALLOWED to have guns...it is our right to defend our self and our loved ones cuz legal precedent states that law enforcement is not required to...
@TheCamnut your a retard, police believe Donaby had a gun. but didnt, just more ignorant uninformed comments by nit wits like yourself, he got beat for suspicion not for a gun...........
@jetbtkng he had a sawed off rifle in his waistband. The original response was because the shot finder software the city has reported someone shooting there. Not only does he have a weapons conviction but now ATF is involved because the gun he had this time is illegal by design. Sawed off stock and barrel. You obviously have no real knowledge of this. And yes the gun magazine had ammo in it. Under the circumstance they could have blown him out of his socks, He got lucky. He is still alive.
@TheCamnut you fucking pig idiot. he didn't do anything. the new haven cops are the real criminals here. they beat up a minority once again for no reason. this would normally go unnoticed with the planting of narcotics or a gun, but they're caught.
instead of citizens with cameras in windows we need citizens with rifles in windows, protecting other individuals, from any type of abuses, even if that means killing cops who are infringing on the rights of others of committing crimes against others....
People need to activly resist and if that means using violence in defense of your freedoms then so be it....it is our right and duty to resist tyranny by protecting and defending ourselves, our loved ones, our freedoms, and anyone else we see being victimized or attacked by anyone (criminals, regular citizens police, members of military, elected officials) by any means and if that means we must kill a cop, tsa, official or any other govt employee then so be it.
@ilovealexjones1 You demand that police should be nicer and respect us more but then also avacate violence twordes police officers. How do you think saying we should shoot and kill the police will make the police nicer. I see nothing wrong here I don't see anything except for a guy reisting arestt and police having to get psychal in order for him to comply
@popemobil74 no i advocate violence in defense of ones freedoms if that means one has to defend them sleves from cops or your average common criminal then so be it...but cops who do not commit crimes or turn the other way when one of their own commits a crime are to be left alone to do their job...all i am saying is you infringe on my rights you try and harm myself or my loved ones then I am going to defend my self and my loved ones to the death...
@ilovealexjones1 Im all for defending yourself if a threat to you or your family arise. However the way you word it makes it sound like any threat shall be met with a deadly force and maybe i am just reading it wrong. If deadly force is used aginst you then you have all the right to use it back if no deadly force is used you can not use deadly force. Also about fight police i will admit that there are bad police however fight them in court fighting them on the street will only make a...
@ilovealexjones1 bad situation that much worse fight police through court I am sure there are a hugh amount of lawyers ready to take a police misconduct case. Also travel in packs that way you have witnesses and they also have cameras and can take video of the police.
@popemobil74 fight it in court ??? so you mean allow them to hold you against your will, possibly with bail which means you need to pay to get free then you have to buy a lawyer which most people cant afford, and then its the time spent missing work and other obligations for court, then you have to deal with the courts and its a fact that law enforcement is given preferential treatment...id rather take my chances fighting for my rights on the street as opposed to the corrupted courts....
@ilovealexjones1 Why did you wait so long to write back? Also lets just take your way and see how it goes: You get stopped for speeding lets say you were going 10 miles over. So you are angry so then when the officer comes to your car you get upset and yell at him. Then the officer orders you out of the car. You get out but you are even more angry now. The officer then tells you to turn around and put your hands behind your back....
@ilovealexjones1 You say no and lets say for some reason the officer doesn't pull out his taser and tase you. In stead he grabs your wrist and tries to put it behind your back. You then hit him and start attacking him. The officer then calls for back up and pulls out his taser and tases you with it. lets say you try to get back up to attack him again then you get re hit with the taser in till you are finally arrested. So what started out as a simple traffic stop then...
@ilovealexjones1 now you have to do all those things you said before get a lawyer also pay if you get out on bond spend time away from work all of those things because you decided to take something way to far. So then you lose your job because any court is going to find you guilty. You still have to pay your lawyer and now you have a criminal record. Congrats hope your plan works for you.
@popemobil74 but im my option you retain your dignity and your freedom (also if they try to arrest you for killing someone in self defense, the arrest is also to be resisted since its unlawful, b/c in a free society one is "allowed' to defend themselves....what about a cop taking things too far?? shouldnt we be concerned about that...also the only time you resist law enforcement, is when they are in the wrong, or are committing a crime against you (false arrest, trying to harm you, ect)
@ilovealexjones1 Do you really think fighting with the police is going to get you anywhere except jail? If you are going to fight with police then fight with knowledge not with fist. Fighting with fist will only make a bad situation worse. Also if they try to arrest you when you have done nothing wrong and you start throwing punches then you did do something wrong and will be arrested on assault on an officer...
@popemobil74 thats why i say, "so be it" and if "necessary use violence"..that means once all other means of resolving the situation has not worked..just showing that you are willing to defend one self (simply brandishing a firearm is often enough to cause any assailant to surrender), and if they are willing to use violence to achieve their goals which is to infringe on your rights or harm you in some way, then you are certainly entitled to defend your self, if you choose,or you can be a victim
@ilovealexjones1 The problem with your statement is you choose to fight when no fighting is required. If an officer is beating you when you are not resiting then fight back yes. However if an officer is trying to put you in handcuffs and because you feel it is unfair then that is not a reason to fight. You are going to get arested and charged with assault on an officer no matter what you do and then you will lose your job and all the things you say I can tell you dont have the knowlege to know..
@ilovealexjones1 to actually know when to defend yourself or when to shut up and not do anything but go along with the officer and fight him through words. This is why it is dangerous because not many people know when to fight with fist and when to fight with knowledge including you
@popemobil74 you do realize that fighting with words is useless right...when someone is intent on infringing on your rights or harming you words will do little good....id rather lose my job cuz i stood up for my self and what is right, as opposed to losing my job for a false arrest...at least in one of those situations ive EARNED the consequence....rofl that web site was harldly a police hating web site...they remove reports from their database all the time, clearly you didnt look at it....
@ilovealexjones1 and jailed for that. So even if the police find out they arrested you for the wrong reason you are still liable for the assault charge
@popemobil74 when when a cop tries to assault you, what are you supposed to do?? sit there and take it like a slave?? no when my rights are infringed upon i will defend my self and my loved ones...so if the police want to search my house they have no warrant no probable cause, but they insist they use every tactic in the book to get in my house culminating with aggression...what should i do ALLOW them to infringe on my rights, not for me, i will defend my self
@ilovealexjones1 You are watching way to many videos on YouTube if you think police beatings are the norm. Most police are not going to assault you. Some states have it in law that you can fight back from the police but if you do you better make damn sure you are in the right. Also if an officer seems way to aggressive for the situation at hand you can request a supervisor come. ( From my knowledge they have to come if requested by a citizen or officer) then when he shows up.....
@ilovealexjones1 you have his supervisor there with the officer. If an officer tries to search your house or car with out a warrant or permission they can legally lie to you but once you say no they can not just barge in and even if they do what ever they find will be dismissed because it was an illegal search. Also I would like to see this "text book stuff" There are over 100,000 officer working each and every hour of each and every day. How many videos are there 500 or more ranging in years.
@popemobil74 you are so naive...so i guess after you tell them they can not search they just give up and go home...yea right...the cops when told they can not search generally press the issue in an attempt to inconvenience you to the point where you just allow them....so if the police find 'contraban' it cant be used against me?? but they will arrest me which will appear in the news paper, i may lose my job and the expense and time of fighting the case....
@ilovealexjones1 I am the naive one? If you only look for the bad in a group then you don't see the good in them. For every case of police misconduct there is a case of police preforming a heroic act that is above and beyond their line of work. There are those who even gave their lives for others like all the officers in 9/11. Also if police pressure you, you fight back with knowlege say "officer am I being detained or am I free to go" If the officer says yes and there is no reason for him...
@popemobil74 logical fallacy...just cuz cops do good as well as bad dosent nullify the fact that when they do commit crimes they generally are not held accountable...the statistics back this up...the cops dont have to act heroic, they do so because they should want to, because after all by law they are not obligate to keep us safe, thats legal precedent...as to the last statement you made, saying that to a cop will not prevent any further abuses or harassment....still naive sorry...
@ilovealexjones1 What "statistics" are you talking about send me link or tell me a website to go look it up and be sure it is a 3rd party statistic and not a police hating website. You have nothing but police hating you show me no facts you show me no reports all you do is say oh hey look here is one example of police misconduct then you judge the full police force on that.
@popemobil74 I mean how is sending you that website that has links to back up ever case of criminality by law enforcement....showing you no facts ???why not judge the whole police force most cops are content to work with other cops who commit crimes or keep quiet about crimes committed...you are clearly a piece of shit i am done with you...you are just another piece of shit american who deserves to die because you care not for your freedom but only for your false sense of security....
@ilovealexjones1 I deserve to die because I believe the police force is corrupt like you do. I know why you got all defensive it is because you couldn't find anything backing up your facts only my own facts so instead of admitting defeat you just simply deny the the truth just like someone else I seen. What was his name....... Hold on it's coming to me....Oh yeah that is right his name is Alex Jones both of you are hacks who have done nothing but spreed half truths and lies
@popemobil74 no its because you lieing about the sources i presented...you claim that the site dosent count, even though they list each instance with an accredited news article to go along with it....in fact im certain you didnt even go on the web site..."police hating website" this is a logical fallacy even if the site was cop hating it wouldnt in and of it self discredit the information on it....if you took the time to look at some of the annual reports....o well i will just do it for you ...
@ilovealexjones1 The reason police hating websites are not a good source is because they are bios. I would not bring a source from a police loving website and try to say it is creditable. I would use a third part or the bjs.gov however I am not for sure if the bjs does police misconduct.
@popemobil74 you do realize that the govt dosent even keep statistics on police criminality and misconduct right ?? and you determine if information is credible is by looking at the methods that were used to attain their conclusion....also the site that we are discussing is not cop hating clearly you didnt even view it....they take a tough stance on police hatred and ban alot of comments posted by those spreading such views, they have law enforcement who are working with them as well...
@ilovealexjones1 What website are you talking about? I r-read all my comments I wrote you and never once did you say a website. In fact I went looking and found a site that does police misconduct statistics the NPMSRP they have the 2010 out already. You will look at the map and see that it is not as prevalent as you think. In fact a lot of these are just what is reported in the news so it might be less but the map shows ans supports my statement this does not happen every day.
@popemobil74 umm that was the site that i sent you via your channel...also it does happen every day...i have been following that site in particular for a year not, and trust me every day their are multiple instances of police misconduct and criminality....in fact generally on an average weekday their is probably 18 instances of police misconduct....that is the same site that you said was a "police hating web site" my god man you keep saying things that are patently false...
@ilovealexjones1 You didn't send a site to my channel at all. Also if this really happens as much as you say it does why does their report help out my cause and not yours hmm? oh and next time you want to insult me be a man and don't separate my name. I also never said they were police hating please show me send me a quote show me that I said the NPMSRP is a police hating site.
@popemobil74 you know what happened the youtube wouldnt let me send a link to the comments section so the message that contained the link did not go through sorry...
how ever view the web page the front page and look at all the instances of police misconduct that they track on a daily basis (except on weekends) during the week they generally have any where on average between 16-24 reports, and during the weekend they have maybe 12....
@ilovealexjones1 You prove my point without even realizing it. Most cases of police misconduct is false and people only do it for revenge on the officer. Do not judge on what comes in on twitter and Facebook because there could be false reports of police misconduct or there could be two people reporting on the same thing. Judge by what comes out in the official report. The official report proves my point
@popemobil74 yea your point is mute as the web site only adds crediable instances of misconduct and criminality...they take down reports that are found to NOT represent what they are reporting on...who here is judgeing face book and twitter?? i dont even have those.. 4,861 – Unique reports of police misconduct tracked
@ilovealexjones1 How do you think people send in these police misconduct reports? They have a twitter bar on the side that shows what is being reported. I thought you said you watch this site for a long time I was on there for 30 min and I know were they get their information.
@popemobil74 umm ye athey get their information from usually local news sites...just click on any of the links following the little description of the event...sure while he might get some information from a twitter or something, he needs to find more corroborating evidence like a news report which has enough details for it to count...
@ilovealexjones1 real reason to search then anything he finds can not be used in court also if you lose your job you can sue for not only damages ( lost of job) but also for false arrest sense the action was not warranted at all
@popemobil74 first of all thats a long shot in court getting lost wages...especially if you are an at will employee, second that money you will get is from the tax payers...in a sense you are just getting paid with the money you and your neighbors pay in taxes to the town...last but not least the real criminals (the police) will end up getting away with their crimes...that is unless people stand up for themselves and use violence if necessary, to the point where cops WONT WANT to commit crimes
@ilovealexjones1 Wow so you think all police are criminals you are farther from the truth then I thought possible. And no the tax payers don't pay out your law suit the people in your town don't pay your city they pay the government then the government send out money to the city so while yes tax payer money is being used it is not like the city can just ask the government for more money because they had been sued
You do understand that the retard getting "beat" by the police was trying to grab one of their guns, after reaching for his own gun and throwing it, punching a cop, and kicking another, right? Oh, and he was just arrested on more federal firearms charges, and has a felony record.
@Talent2008 he was trying to grab his own gun...gee from the reports that ive seen he had no gun...so you are justifying someone getting beaten in true gang banging style, because he defended him self against law enforcement...sorta like how if the cops are beating you and you throw your arms up over your face they yell stop resisting as they continue to beat you and then charge you with resisting, for simply defending oneself...
@popemobil74 you do realize when the cops are beating you, and you instinctively put your arms up to cover your face they will just yell stop resisting stop fighting back and then give you an assault charge when you are the one sitting in the hospital half beaten to death..its like text book stuff..they throw out charges like resisting arrest disorderly conduct, and all these other faux crimes for any old reason just to get a "legitimate' reason to infringe on the rights of law abiding folk
@popemobil74 id rather get arrested for doing what is the right thing (standing up for the liberty and freedom, and dignity) than going along with what i know to be wrong....you see im not like the average idiot american who is simply content to 'go along to get along' i dont find the excuse of 'im just following orders" or "im just doing my job" to be valid (and neither do courts around the world)
or
i guess people should go along with injustice perpetrated against them by an authority....
@popemobil74 clearly you did not read the accompanying story...everyone (besides the police of course) all say that this was out of line and the guy was no resisting..if you read the story you will read that this guy had some sorta injury and surgery or something on his shoulder which at first prevented him from manipulating his arm a certain way...but yea lets abuse wheel chair bound people cuz they cant stand up, cuz thats pretty much what they are doing here...
if i saw this. i would take my baseball bat n smash the cops skull in and i know he wasnt doing what the cops were saying but anyone would try to move if they are getting kicked and abused..

While the national average appears to have decreased slightly
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 how is this police hating they seem to be pretty cautious before making any sort of assertions and comming to conclusions...if they were cop hating they would take the first and most severe article that backs up the fact that police misconduct has increased and use that to back up their claim...you they would do what alex jones does...but instead im sure you were able to look at the front page and and determine its credibility....
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Alex Jones is a hack. He says " oh police are not the problem the government is the one giving police the orders to do these things" then he goes by a check point and calls as many police there a nazi and a SS. and I already said they were not police hating you idiot why don't you learn to read
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 hey guy you know why he called the police at this check point nazis....maybe it was because they were acting as such...they were doing things that is inherently fascist and authoritarian, which should be opposed in a so called free society...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Then if you find it so revolting then why don't you form a group protest get a petition started do something why do you think calling police Nazis is going to do anything beside make them mad.
popemobil74 6 months ago
There appears to be a correlation between higher misconduct rates and ineffective prosecution of criminal police misconduct charges when we see how the states with the worst prosecution rates rank in the lower 50th percentile for misconduct (with the exception of Washington DC, however DC’s transparency index is the worst in the nation so that locality’s low misconduct rate may be a result of under-reporting).
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 A lot of police misconduct charges are complete bull so that is why there is not that many actually prosecuted. Also some police misconduct also results in getting fired and not criminal charges because they do not warrant them.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 if they commit a criminal act they should be charged and treated as any other criminal, if not worse as they abuse their power which would add official oppression or some other related charge that should carry a heavy sentence....if you follow that misconduct tracking site like i do for long enough you will realize that law enforcement has a concerted effort to cover up their crimes and the crimes of their fellow cops and often times witnesses often contradict police stories
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Ok well using the site only 23% of the misconducts are worthy of criminal trials the only exemption is forced sexual misconduct. Not every misconduct is something that is punishable by getting prison time.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 4,861 – Unique reports of police misconduct tracked
6,613 - Number of sworn law enforcement officers involved (354 were agency leaders such as chiefs or sheriffs) 6,826 - Number of alleged victims involved 247 – Number of fatalities associated with tracked reports $346,512,800 – Estimated amount spent on misconduct-related civil judgments and settlements excluding sealed settlements, court costs, and attorney fees.
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Ok you still have yet to disprove my point. Not all police misconduct cases are of something that would result in jail time. How is something like sleeping on the job worthy of jail time? or asking a sexual favor and after the person says no you leave. How is that worthy of jail time?
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 hold on you think that an authority acting in their position of authority power telling someone that is not, to have sex with you isnt something of consequence???
its called sexual harassment jack ass, this is a crime, but according to you this is ok for some one in a position of power over someone to ask the people who are subordinate for sex...
go on that web site again look at the things they track most of them are things that would result in jail time...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 let me make this clear....if the general public committed the same actions that these law enforcement officers had done then they would most likely face jail time....by the way when a cop is sleeping on the job he is stealing from tax payers....so technically stealing is a crime right?? thats like me entering in to a contract with someone to do a job and get paid...and the me saying fuck it i will just sleep and rest while i get paid...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 You misinterpret my statement let me give you an example: A male goes to a female and ask if he can have sex with her. The female says no. Then the male leaves. That is what I was talking about nothing in that is sexual harassment maybe you should learn to read jack ass.
Also sexual harassment is when someone keeps pressuring for a sexual favor after one party says no.
So even if an officer ask someone for sex and they say no and s/he doesn't pressure it then it is not SH
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 when a cop is on duty he should not be asking anyone for sex because he is acting as an authority, i mean a cop pulls a woman over, and simply asks for sex, either way he wins, he gets sex or he gets to write a ticket giving him points with his dept.
also sexual harassment can be something as little as telling a sexual joke or something of that nature...
in their personal life off duty they can do what they wish, but i dont think normal people go around asking people for sex...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Most people don't I was making a statement and you took it way to far. Also sexual harassment is usually handled in civil court not in criminal court so my point still stands valid. and again you address your self instead of me when trying to write back but I will respond anyway.
If you sleep on the job rather you are a cop, contractor, or work for a company then you are stealing from them so you are saying that everyone who sleeps on the job needs to be arrested
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 i dont know maybe they should be arrested or held accountable in some way...i mean stealing while working for the public, the tax payers, is alot different than sleeping on the job as a private worker...i dont care what private companies to they have the right to set their own policy...but as someone working for the state (with their already inflated salaries compared to the private sector) should be held to higher standards which they are not....
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 How is sleeping on the job different in the government scoter then it is in the private sector and they do get held accountable they get fired. Also what do you mean that they have inflated salaries? Were I live the jail officers make about 10.82 an hour how is that inflated also the Highway Patrol starts out only making $27,000 a year yeah that is really inflated
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 when someone sexually harasses someone in the work place...that person is usually fired...failure to do so could bring civil penalties to both the individual and the work place....i dont think your work has sent you to enough of these sexual harassment workshops that these man hating dykes run....remember even telling a joke that is sexual in nature that is simply overheard by someone else, could be considered sexual harassment...asking for sex is alot more severe than a joke....
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 I never said it was a joke. I was making a statement about how it is not something that is handled in criminal court. You have taken a simply statement and took it way to far learn how to read. I know what sexual harassment is
popemobil74 6 months ago
serously pope mobil you started this by falsely stating that i was saying kill police officers....when i clearly said only kill to defend your self.....defend your self from criminal cops as you would any other criminal... but nope you have picked a fight, and from the start you have been proven to be wrong and misguided...you are a moron get the fuck out of here, you are like a second grader with your view of police....you dumb fuck you waste my time ass hole
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 If you want to try and cuss me out at least be a man and actually address it to me and not be a bitch and post it as an actual comment and I looked at my page I got 2 things from you and there was no website. so quit lying and trying to insult me while acting like a 12 year old kid
popemobil74 6 months ago
and if you actually too the time to view the information that i sent you you would have found it ...(instead of being a typical retarded american who is too small minded and retarded, would rather insult the person, and their sources) you are just a typical retarded ass wipe you deserve to die because you waste my time like an idiot you have the whole internet at your fingertips you have no excuse for being a small minded moron....i can back up everything i say you can not...

. Of those 3,238 criminal cases against law enforcement officers in the US, only 1,063 officers were ultimately convicted of those charges or reduced charges associated with the original allegations. Of the law enforcement officers who were ultimately convicted, 36% were ultimately sentenced to spend any time incarcerated and the average length of incarceration for those sentenced to prison or jail was approximately 34.6 months.
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
For a comparison we used data from our National Police Misconduct Statistics and Reporting Project (NPMSRP) which tracked over 8,300 credible reports involving allegations of police misconduct in the US from April of 2009 through December 2010 which involved nearly 11,000 law enforcement officers within those 21 months. Of those reported allegations, only 3,238 resulted in criminal charges against law enforcement officers.
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
From that report we established a baseline by examining the latest data released by the US Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) which indicated that the conviction rate for members of the general public who were tried on criminal charges ranged around 68% from 2002 through 2006. Furthermore, the US BJS reports indicated that the incarceration rate remained fairly stable at an average of 70% and the average length of post-conviction incarceration for the general public was 49 months.
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
Per a recent analysis we published this year using data gathered by the NPMSRP from April of 2009 through December of 2010 we determined that prosecuting police misconduct in the US is very problematic with conviction rates, incarceration rates, and the amount of time law enforcement officers spend behind bars for criminal misconduct are all far lower than what happens when ordinary citizens face criminal charges.

cop puts a knee on the back-stands up and pumps 300,000 v in the body.
he repeats loadly"PUT YOU HANDS OUT"or"SHOW ME YOUR HANDS",after about
15-20 sec. he stops the taser.
then the person can do as commanded and puts their hands out.
THIS IS HOW THE POLICE ARE TRAINED...
When a cop shouts loadly, it's not becuase he wants the person to do as he says, he knows they can't.
He shouts for others to hear or the video in the car can pick up that the person was not following orders.
theguyisinthailand 8 months ago
@theguyisinthailand Your an idiot first the police taser is 50,000 volts not 300,000 and second the taser only last 5 seconds before it stops it does not work like a stun gun you pull the trigger and it goes for 5 seconds and stops then you have to re pull the trigger to start the taser again
popemobil74 7 months ago
@popemobil74
The 300,000v comes from a taser site and I used"PUMPS".
You fail to get the point that cops will not give a person time to respond.
Self-defence is what the police like to see a person do as they attack them(kicking and
punching people as this video clearly shows), it's called"RESISTING ARREST"in court.
I see that your comprehension is short as is your understanding of what a police state acts like.
You must be one of those nazi skin head police that are going after the public.
theguyisinthailand 7 months ago

Do you know what a police state is? go look at wikipedia and you will see USA is one of the most least restraints in the world just look up police state in wikipedia....
popemobil74 7 months ago
@theguyisinthailand And at last responding to your last comment calling me a "nazi skin head" Really I explain how a TASER works and im a nazi? Im all for flexing your rights i also am not a police officer. I can understand having a debate but be civil and not result to childish ways to try and get a response out of me im above name calling I will however say sorry for calling you an idiot that was uncalled for. I should have assume that you had no idea how a taser works.
popemobil74 7 months ago
@theguyisinthailand exactly its like when they are beating someone and the victim is simply putting their hands and arms over their face in defense...the cops will generally yell "stop resisting, dont resist" or the numerous cases of law enforcement trying to make disabled people do certain things that they physically can not do, and then using violence in order to teach them. this is why i support the killing of criminal cops....

I was taking care of a small apartment complex, I heard a window being forced open to one of my places.
As I looked out my window, asking what was going on, a cop told me to go back inside and mind my own business.
I told them that I had a key to the place and it was my business and that the one they were looking for was not there.
Then cop asked me if I knew where he was?
I said-in your jail, locked up!
The bad cops will kill themselves or will be killed by other bad cops.
theguyisinthailand 6 months ago
@theguyisinthailand The bad cops will kill themselves or will be killed by other bad cops.
what does this mean...im pretty sure the bad cops wont kill themselves.. bad cops generally stick together and protect each other....if anything the citizens and other good cops need to arrest and defend themselves against bad cops who seek to infringe on the rights and harm people, even if that means using violence....this is the only way to get rid of these bad cops cuz the courts will not....

He wasn't trying to fight back or resist or nothing like that. He was bleeding from his head real bad,” Hampton says.
“[They] had the nerve to tell me I didn't see what I saw,” Davis says.
"cops... telling people to “Shut the ‘F' up and go inside.”
yea this is how i expect cops to act in a third world country not some supposedly free society...
not to mention a cell phone picture proves nothing, especially with reports of bystanders never seeing a gun...and even if he had a gun why beat him?

People say they want the police to go catch the real criminals and murders.... Do you really think they will just give up and go peacefully? I'm sure this schmuck is the average law abiding citizen walking down the street.... oh no its the typical racist cop beating the poor black man... get over yourselves people. Police work is not pretty that's why they dont have grandmas being cops... The police dont care what you are doing as long as you obey the law and you dont affect someone else.
yellowfungis 8 months ago 11
@yellowfungis lol thats complete bull shit....alot of the times when you are arrested its for behavior that is NOT affecting anyone else....(drug laws anyone)...how about the catch all disorderly conduct...you see what you stated is what a free society is supposed to be...and that is you aught to be left alone unless you infringe on the rights of others, that however far from reality....also tell me what justifies the police basically gang beating someone for a minute or more???
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Drug laws????? Drugs affect whole community's. You bring drugs into a neighborhood you bring crime right along with it. Drugs and violence go hand and hand. Have you ever been to a metropolitan city? You have to gang bangers that will shoot a kid for "disrespecting" them. Who are the ones who produce the drugs? The Gangs.... Drugs are the biggest problem in this country and saying that they are victimless crimes are pathetic. Think past your high and think about other people.
yellowfungis 8 months ago
@yellowfungis ROFL...maybe just maybe crime follows drugs because its a black market product right...alsojust like gang bangers that shoot kids for disrespecting them...their are police brutality cases that were justified because they were disrespected as welll and ive dealt with these gang members and drug dealers they arent scary people....lol drugs are the biggest problem...yea those people who are using drugs in their home are a real nusance...
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis you realize that prohibition is incompatible with a free society right...also if you think drugs are so bad you must also believe that people have no right to drink alcohol or coffe right because alcohol at least is far more destructive than any illegal drug is....but your solution is to keep drugs illegal thus maintaining the cash flow to those who distribute drugs on the large scale...you know like the govt...
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis 'drugs are the biggest problem in this country" wow you really believe that?? you clearly are nothing but a retarded piece of shit american who deserves to be killed like most americans...who claim to love freedom but in practice you hate it....go to hell bitch stop regurgitating some garbage that is taugh in a second grade dare class....if drugs are so bad why is alcohol still legal....lol you didnt even touch the fact that prohibition is unconstitutional....
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis shit even my parents have friends who use cannabis and they have jobs and they have children and nothing is wrong with their lives tell me in your mind these people are criminals because they choose to do something that dosent infringe on the rights of others?? according to your logic people shoudlnt even be able to eat what they choose because they health problems they may get affects all of us in regard to the medical industry....sorry your collectivist reasoning dosent work
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis umm no one has mentioned racist cops and insuinating that race was a motivating factor in this....only you are....this whole comments page so far is full of complete bull shit in a futile attempt to justify what happened...i will restate my previous point...while some force may have been necessary this is clearly excessive force....their is excessive force and their is unnecessary force....this could be both, but it is definitely excessive force...
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 it takes a quarter of a second for someone to produce a handgun and fire accurately from a proned out position. This man had his hands tucked underneath himself from a proned position. He is just as big of danger there as he would be standing up. If you have never actually seen and been involved in actual police work you have no idea how many ways a situation can turn for the worst for officers. You resist arrest and not comply with orders you deserve every last bit.
yellowfungis 8 months ago
@yellowfungis so even though this guy COULDNT comply because he had a shoulder injury he "Deserved every last bit"
also according to your logic because it can only take a second to produce a gun and anyone can be a danger to cops why dont they treat everyone like this....after all police work is SOOO DANGEROUS.... even though they walk the same streets as everyone else only they get to go home at night...
so many logical fallacies with these posts....
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 You need to pull your head out of the sand.... 94 police officers have died in the united states THIS YEAR. 95% of police work goes unreported in the news and the public knows nothing about it.... The average citizen knows next to nothing about what actually goes on in the streets besides what the media reports....
yellowfungis 8 months ago
@yellowfungis yea criminal justice classes teach you nothing right...instead you go by this dogma that they teach prospective cops about how everyone is a deadly threat and how they risk their lives every day and so on....its called bull shit and they feed it to you and your more than willing to consume it....
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis yea drugs are so dangerous....Clayton Co GA deputy fired for helping school administrators strip search a 12yr-old for drugs in front of other students including one that said he had drugs but then recanted before the search. The boy had no drugs or anything illegal on him.
good thing we treat citizens (and children) like the criminals that they are because here we are guilty and must prove our innocence....but idiots like you think you are doing 'gods work'
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis here is another one from today...hmm if this happened to someone whowasnt a cop i bet they would be arrested face other consequences....Greenville TX police bloodhound dies after left in back of cruiser. The officer who left him there is on paid leave but not as discipline, but to grieve according to police officials.
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis on about any given day around 15-20 instances of police misconduct and police brutality are recorded...here National Police Misconduct statistics and reporting site....and those are the ones that are known about
im pretty sure thats the problem not so called free citizens trying to use drugs....and even if these individuals commit real crimes, you have laws for that....
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis you are right the media reports the streets being bad and how everyone should be afraid, and it gets everyone talking about these 'bad areas' like they are war zones and such...yet ive been in these areas...and their is really nothing to fear unless you are a moron, which is why i assume most cops have difficult in these areas...the difference is that the cops at the end of the day get to go home everyone else is stuck there....
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis its called being innocient untill proven guilty ( or at least some probable cause) that is why cops dont go around assuming everyone has a gun and everyone is a deadly threat to cops...but what you are saying is basicly everyone is a possible threat and everyone must be treated as such...
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis you see im a criminal justice major...most of the "cops protect us" cops put their lives in danger every day" is mostly bull shit....so because a situation can turn bad for cops in so many different ways it justifies the cops basically beating some guy on the ground for a minute a guy who isnt doing anything....clearly logic is not one of your strong points...
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Congratulations being a criminal justice major means nothing except you think you know how police work is done because you read it in a book. Try doing some ride alongs in different citys.... urban, suburban, and rural.... and not just a few hours ride for over 100 hours so you really get a taste of it all. Then you come back on here and tell me why this guy "isnt doing anything".... Go to the force science institute website and try to learn a little more.
yellowfungis 8 months ago
@yellowfungis guy i have more experience working with gang members and drug dealers and the like cuz i was apart of that whole i guess life style i guess...unlike a cop i wasnt totally frightened and scared for my life around these people....sure ive been robbed and others have tried to infringe on my rights...you know what i did, i manned up and challenged them and defended my self, and they stood down....i dont need a badge and training its called common sense....
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@yellowfungis you do realize that the vast majority of arrests are made through co operation of the suspect right?? i mean this is obvious... i mean mouthing off would be the extent of the resistance most cops receive, and this isnt really resistance...and running ones mouth....well we know the old saying 'what you say can and will be used against you'
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
“Put your hands behind your back,” he says again as one of the cops kicks him in the head. “Stop fighting.”
“He ain't fighting,” shouts a man off-camera.

He had a gun, right?”
hmm so it looks like they dont even know if he really had a gun....
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
In the first 20 seconds of the video, a white cop kicks him four times, punches him twice, kicks him four more times, stomps on him, kicks him three more times, and stomps on him twice while the other cop holds him down.
At one point, while Donaby is flat on his stomach, one officer picks him up by his hair and slams his head on the ground while the other kicks him in the torso.
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@RashadCTNY yea because anyone is a bitch to cry when they are being assaulted by a group of officers, im sure you wouldnt....umm clearly this guy did have a chance to shoot his neighbors or anyone else, and he didnt it....he HAD a gun which means he had that chance and like most people choose not to shoot anyone for no reason....remember we are ALLOWED to have guns...it is our right to defend our self and our loved ones cuz legal precedent states that law enforcement is not required to...

Great job New Haven P.D. If the idiot pulled that sawed off rifle on me I would have lit him up. Another jerk off the streets for awhile.
TheCamnut 8 months ago 11
@TheCamnut your a retard, police believe Donaby had a gun. but didnt, just more ignorant uninformed comments by nit wits like yourself, he got beat for suspicion not for a gun...........
jetbtkng 8 months ago
@jetbtkng he had a sawed off rifle in his waistband. The original response was because the shot finder software the city has reported someone shooting there. Not only does he have a weapons conviction but now ATF is involved because the gun he had this time is illegal by design. Sawed off stock and barrel. You obviously have no real knowledge of this. And yes the gun magazine had ammo in it. Under the circumstance they could have blown him out of his socks, He got lucky. He is still alive.
TheCamnut 8 months ago
@TheCamnut i read the article & it was suspicion, never said they found a weapon of any kind, your a delusional twit............
jetbtkng 8 months ago
@TheCamnut you fucking pig idiot. he didn't do anything. the new haven cops are the real criminals here. they beat up a minority once again for no reason. this would normally go unnoticed with the planting of narcotics or a gun, but they're caught.
WaltDisneyisracist 7 months ago
instead of citizens with cameras in windows we need citizens with rifles in windows, protecting other individuals, from any type of abuses, even if that means killing cops who are infringing on the rights of others of committing crimes against others....
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
People need to activly resist and if that means using violence in defense of your freedoms then so be it....it is our right and duty to resist tyranny by protecting and defending ourselves, our loved ones, our freedoms, and anyone else we see being victimized or attacked by anyone (criminals, regular citizens police, members of military, elected officials) by any means and if that means we must kill a cop, tsa, official or any other govt employee then so be it.
ilovealexjones1 8 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 You demand that police should be nicer and respect us more but then also avacate violence twordes police officers. How do you think saying we should shoot and kill the police will make the police nicer. I see nothing wrong here I don't see anything except for a guy reisting arestt and police having to get psychal in order for him to comply
popemobil74 7 months ago
@popemobil74 no i advocate violence in defense of ones freedoms if that means one has to defend them sleves from cops or your average common criminal then so be it...but cops who do not commit crimes or turn the other way when one of their own commits a crime are to be left alone to do their job...all i am saying is you infringe on my rights you try and harm myself or my loved ones then I am going to defend my self and my loved ones to the death...
ilovealexjones1 7 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Im all for defending yourself if a threat to you or your family arise. However the way you word it makes it sound like any threat shall be met with a deadly force and maybe i am just reading it wrong. If deadly force is used aginst you then you have all the right to use it back if no deadly force is used you can not use deadly force. Also about fight police i will admit that there are bad police however fight them in court fighting them on the street will only make a...
popemobil74 7 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 bad situation that much worse fight police through court I am sure there are a hugh amount of lawyers ready to take a police misconduct case. Also travel in packs that way you have witnesses and they also have cameras and can take video of the police.
popemobil74 7 months ago
@popemobil74 fight it in court ??? so you mean allow them to hold you against your will, possibly with bail which means you need to pay to get free then you have to buy a lawyer which most people cant afford, and then its the time spent missing work and other obligations for court, then you have to deal with the courts and its a fact that law enforcement is given preferential treatment...id rather take my chances fighting for my rights on the street as opposed to the corrupted courts....
ilovealexjones1 7 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Why did you wait so long to write back? Also lets just take your way and see how it goes: You get stopped for speeding lets say you were going 10 miles over. So you are angry so then when the officer comes to your car you get upset and yell at him. Then the officer orders you out of the car. You get out but you are even more angry now. The officer then tells you to turn around and put your hands behind your back....
popemobil74 7 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 You say no and lets say for some reason the officer doesn't pull out his taser and tase you. In stead he grabs your wrist and tries to put it behind your back. You then hit him and start attacking him. The officer then calls for back up and pulls out his taser and tases you with it. lets say you try to get back up to attack him again then you get re hit with the taser in till you are finally arrested. So what started out as a simple traffic stop then...
popemobil74 7 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 now you have to do all those things you said before get a lawyer also pay if you get out on bond spend time away from work all of those things because you decided to take something way to far. So then you lose your job because any court is going to find you guilty. You still have to pay your lawyer and now you have a criminal record. Congrats hope your plan works for you.
popemobil74 7 months ago
@popemobil74 but im my option you retain your dignity and your freedom (also if they try to arrest you for killing someone in self defense, the arrest is also to be resisted since its unlawful, b/c in a free society one is "allowed' to defend themselves....what about a cop taking things too far?? shouldnt we be concerned about that...also the only time you resist law enforcement, is when they are in the wrong, or are committing a crime against you (false arrest, trying to harm you, ect)
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Do you really think fighting with the police is going to get you anywhere except jail? If you are going to fight with police then fight with knowledge not with fist. Fighting with fist will only make a bad situation worse. Also if they try to arrest you when you have done nothing wrong and you start throwing punches then you did do something wrong and will be arrested on assault on an officer...
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 thats why i say, "so be it" and if "necessary use violence"..that means once all other means of resolving the situation has not worked..just showing that you are willing to defend one self (simply brandishing a firearm is often enough to cause any assailant to surrender), and if they are willing to use violence to achieve their goals which is to infringe on your rights or harm you in some way, then you are certainly entitled to defend your self, if you choose,or you can be a victim
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 The problem with your statement is you choose to fight when no fighting is required. If an officer is beating you when you are not resiting then fight back yes. However if an officer is trying to put you in handcuffs and because you feel it is unfair then that is not a reason to fight. You are going to get arested and charged with assault on an officer no matter what you do and then you will lose your job and all the things you say I can tell you dont have the knowlege to know..
popemobil74 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 to actually know when to defend yourself or when to shut up and not do anything but go along with the officer and fight him through words. This is why it is dangerous because not many people know when to fight with fist and when to fight with knowledge including you
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 you do realize that fighting with words is useless right...when someone is intent on infringing on your rights or harming you words will do little good....id rather lose my job cuz i stood up for my self and what is right, as opposed to losing my job for a false arrest...at least in one of those situations ive EARNED the consequence....rofl that web site was harldly a police hating web site...they remove reports from their database all the time, clearly you didnt look at it....
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 and jailed for that. So even if the police find out they arrested you for the wrong reason you are still liable for the assault charge
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 when when a cop tries to assault you, what are you supposed to do?? sit there and take it like a slave?? no when my rights are infringed upon i will defend my self and my loved ones...so if the police want to search my house they have no warrant no probable cause, but they insist they use every tactic in the book to get in my house culminating with aggression...what should i do ALLOW them to infringe on my rights, not for me, i will defend my self
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 You are watching way to many videos on YouTube if you think police beatings are the norm. Most police are not going to assault you. Some states have it in law that you can fight back from the police but if you do you better make damn sure you are in the right. Also if an officer seems way to aggressive for the situation at hand you can request a supervisor come. ( From my knowledge they have to come if requested by a citizen or officer) then when he shows up.....
popemobil74 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 you have his supervisor there with the officer. If an officer tries to search your house or car with out a warrant or permission they can legally lie to you but once you say no they can not just barge in and even if they do what ever they find will be dismissed because it was an illegal search. Also I would like to see this "text book stuff" There are over 100,000 officer working each and every hour of each and every day. How many videos are there 500 or more ranging in years.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 you are so naive...so i guess after you tell them they can not search they just give up and go home...yea right...the cops when told they can not search generally press the issue in an attempt to inconvenience you to the point where you just allow them....so if the police find 'contraban' it cant be used against me?? but they will arrest me which will appear in the news paper, i may lose my job and the expense and time of fighting the case....
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 I am the naive one? If you only look for the bad in a group then you don't see the good in them. For every case of police misconduct there is a case of police preforming a heroic act that is above and beyond their line of work. There are those who even gave their lives for others like all the officers in 9/11. Also if police pressure you, you fight back with knowlege say "officer am I being detained or am I free to go" If the officer says yes and there is no reason for him...
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 logical fallacy...just cuz cops do good as well as bad dosent nullify the fact that when they do commit crimes they generally are not held accountable...the statistics back this up...the cops dont have to act heroic, they do so because they should want to, because after all by law they are not obligate to keep us safe, thats legal precedent...as to the last statement you made, saying that to a cop will not prevent any further abuses or harassment....still naive sorry...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 What "statistics" are you talking about send me link or tell me a website to go look it up and be sure it is a 3rd party statistic and not a police hating website. You have nothing but police hating you show me no facts you show me no reports all you do is say oh hey look here is one example of police misconduct then you judge the full police force on that.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 I mean how is sending you that website that has links to back up ever case of criminality by law enforcement....showing you no facts ???why not judge the whole police force most cops are content to work with other cops who commit crimes or keep quiet about crimes committed...you are clearly a piece of shit i am done with you...you are just another piece of shit american who deserves to die because you care not for your freedom but only for your false sense of security....
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 I deserve to die because I believe the police force is corrupt like you do. I know why you got all defensive it is because you couldn't find anything backing up your facts only my own facts so instead of admitting defeat you just simply deny the the truth just like someone else I seen. What was his name....... Hold on it's coming to me....Oh yeah that is right his name is Alex Jones both of you are hacks who have done nothing but spreed half truths and lies
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 no its because you lieing about the sources i presented...you claim that the site dosent count, even though they list each instance with an accredited news article to go along with it....in fact im certain you didnt even go on the web site..."police hating website" this is a logical fallacy even if the site was cop hating it wouldnt in and of it self discredit the information on it....if you took the time to look at some of the annual reports....o well i will just do it for you ...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 The reason police hating websites are not a good source is because they are bios. I would not bring a source from a police loving website and try to say it is creditable. I would use a third part or the bjs.gov however I am not for sure if the bjs does police misconduct.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 you do realize that the govt dosent even keep statistics on police criminality and misconduct right ?? and you determine if information is credible is by looking at the methods that were used to attain their conclusion....also the site that we are discussing is not cop hating clearly you didnt even view it....they take a tough stance on police hatred and ban alot of comments posted by those spreading such views, they have law enforcement who are working with them as well...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 What website are you talking about? I r-read all my comments I wrote you and never once did you say a website. In fact I went looking and found a site that does police misconduct statistics the NPMSRP they have the 2010 out already. You will look at the map and see that it is not as prevalent as you think. In fact a lot of these are just what is reported in the news so it might be less but the map shows ans supports my statement this does not happen every day.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 umm that was the site that i sent you via your channel...also it does happen every day...i have been following that site in particular for a year not, and trust me every day their are multiple instances of police misconduct and criminality....in fact generally on an average weekday their is probably 18 instances of police misconduct....that is the same site that you said was a "police hating web site" my god man you keep saying things that are patently false...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 You didn't send a site to my channel at all. Also if this really happens as much as you say it does why does their report help out my cause and not yours hmm? oh and next time you want to insult me be a man and don't separate my name. I also never said they were police hating please show me send me a quote show me that I said the NPMSRP is a police hating site.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 you know what happened the youtube wouldnt let me send a link to the comments section so the message that contained the link did not go through sorry...
how ever view the web page the front page and look at all the instances of police misconduct that they track on a daily basis (except on weekends) during the week they generally have any where on average between 16-24 reports, and during the weekend they have maybe 12....
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 You prove my point without even realizing it. Most cases of police misconduct is false and people only do it for revenge on the officer. Do not judge on what comes in on twitter and Facebook because there could be false reports of police misconduct or there could be two people reporting on the same thing. Judge by what comes out in the official report. The official report proves my point
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 yea your point is mute as the web site only adds crediable instances of misconduct and criminality...they take down reports that are found to NOT represent what they are reporting on...who here is judgeing face book and twitter?? i dont even have those.. 4,861 – Unique reports of police misconduct tracked
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 How do you think people send in these police misconduct reports? They have a twitter bar on the side that shows what is being reported. I thought you said you watch this site for a long time I was on there for 30 min and I know were they get their information.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 umm ye athey get their information from usually local news sites...just click on any of the links following the little description of the event...sure while he might get some information from a twitter or something, he needs to find more corroborating evidence like a news report which has enough details for it to count...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Yeah and people send links through facebook twitter and e-mail.
popemobil74 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 real reason to search then anything he finds can not be used in court also if you lose your job you can sue for not only damages ( lost of job) but also for false arrest sense the action was not warranted at all
popemobil74 6 months ago
@popemobil74 first of all thats a long shot in court getting lost wages...especially if you are an at will employee, second that money you will get is from the tax payers...in a sense you are just getting paid with the money you and your neighbors pay in taxes to the town...last but not least the real criminals (the police) will end up getting away with their crimes...that is unless people stand up for themselves and use violence if necessary, to the point where cops WONT WANT to commit crimes
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1 Wow so you think all police are criminals you are farther from the truth then I thought possible. And no the tax payers don't pay out your law suit the people in your town don't pay your city they pay the government then the government send out money to the city so while yes tax payer money is being used it is not like the city can just ask the government for more money because they had been sued
popemobil74 6 months ago
@ilovealexjones1
You do understand that the retard getting "beat" by the police was trying to grab one of their guns, after reaching for his own gun and throwing it, punching a cop, and kicking another, right? Oh, and he was just arrested on more federal firearms charges, and has a felony record.
Talent2008 6 months ago
@Talent2008 he was trying to grab his own gun...gee from the reports that ive seen he had no gun...so you are justifying someone getting beaten in true gang banging style, because he defended him self against law enforcement...sorta like how if the cops are beating you and you throw your arms up over your face they yell stop resisting as they continue to beat you and then charge you with resisting, for simply defending oneself...
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@popemobil74 you do realize when the cops are beating you, and you instinctively put your arms up to cover your face they will just yell stop resisting stop fighting back and then give you an assault charge when you are the one sitting in the hospital half beaten to death..its like text book stuff..they throw out charges like resisting arrest disorderly conduct, and all these other faux crimes for any old reason just to get a "legitimate' reason to infringe on the rights of law abiding folk
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@popemobil74 id rather get arrested for doing what is the right thing (standing up for the liberty and freedom, and dignity) than going along with what i know to be wrong....you see im not like the average idiot american who is simply content to 'go along to get along' i dont find the excuse of 'im just following orders" or "im just doing my job" to be valid (and neither do courts around the world)
or
i guess people should go along with injustice perpetrated against them by an authority....
ilovealexjones1 6 months ago
@popemobil74 clearly you did not read the accompanying story...everyone (besides the police of course) all say that this was out of line and the guy was no resisting..if you read the story you will read that this guy had some sorta injury and surgery or something on his shoulder which at first prevented him from manipulating his arm a certain way...but yea lets abuse wheel chair bound people cuz they cant stand up, cuz thats pretty much what they are doing here...
ilovealexjones1 7 months ago
