I'd say the most important ones are: " Glen Hansard & Damien Rice - the Ruby Sessions 06th Oct 09" and "Damien Rice & Glen Hansard busk outside Doyles". More videos include a charity busking on Grafton Street (with Mundy, Bono and others) and a cover of Hallelujah with Natalie Merchant. i'm not sure why this guy isn't more popular, in the U.S., and i'm not sure how popular he is in the rest of the world, but he should be, because this stuff is pretty universal, i don't think you have to listen to the words at all to like it, cus it sounds awesome
