@TheCatapultTV Hi 37415 is owned by Harry Needle railroad co and is stored out of use at Barrow Hill. It has not been sold (like most ex EWS 37/4's) to DRS and is shown as set aside for further development. I have no idea what this may be. Hope this helps.
