I like your process, but I have some questions to you or for somebody:
How much water does this process need to create 1 iter fuel? Do you have to wash the waste before using?
How much energy and what kind of energy does it need for heating?

Is this catalytic cracking ? Otherwise it seems improbable that molten plastic would crack at 300 C !
