... i really want to learn french, ive wrote every word down sence video 1, and the meaning below... i have no clue how many more vids they have... but ha.. i dont know this is pretty easy, but at the same time diffacult :/
No matter how hard I try I can't make out the difference between en-, ain-, in-, un-, an- sounds... To me, the ain in main sounds exactly like the en in pense.
how does La peine mean sadness? I thought tristesse meant sadness. unless I just learnt it wrong to begin with or I'm misunderstanding what you're saying.
I ordered the full set of lessons from Adrien and absolutely love them!! This is a great series and is a must for anyone wishing to brush the dust off those French grammer lessons learned eons ago. Adrien makes this a really enjoyable experience. A bit like having a friend visit weekly when his next set of lessons arrive in my in box.
Thank you so much I am only in 7th grade and I am Mexican African American and Filipino and have no french blood in me so thanks again you made it so easy for me!
Can you still call waiters garçon in France, when I called a waiter that in NYC an english friend who spent some time in Paris and France smacked me in and told me it was very rude to call someone that in France, is that true?
@austenbosten No it's not. It's totally acceptable to call a waiter garçon in France. It could be different in NY. But as long as you're not shouting garçon from the other end of the restaurant, you should be fine. You cam always raise your hand as well. :)
@austenbosten even In Canada or the states is rude to call a waitress or waiter from far away is alot better and polite to raise your hands I save myself from getting a rude response hhahahaaha
wow , this is a huge help for me. im in french three right now and im .. clueless but i think ill be ready to go after a few more o this vids. thanks man :)
@carlosydavid92 We use the same present tense (form) for I do and I am doing in French. Le participe présent ending ant replaces the ing in some cases. Usually it is after "while". Example: Je me suis fait mal en marchant. I hurt myself while walking.
Thank you very much for teaching french. You are a very good teacher, explaining in both french & english. It is really helping me learn French. You mentioned who knows why the accent cicumflex for "forêt " and dropping the "s" from forest. I saw on another video mention the reason...the letter "s" ....died.... and the accent circumflex represented a roof top of a burial building.
@kendel100 um.. it's not j'ai apprendre francais, merci. It's j'ai appris du francais, merci. vous avez besoin pour appendre comment le dire bien. okay.
Thank you very much! I took French lessons 5 years ago and haven't been able to keep up with it. Your lessons are so helpful that I feel I still have hope.
Please check my channel and watch my french videos. Thanks :)
