notice how the triple-sec isnt clear because it slightly mixes with the baileys. What i do when i make a b-52 is Kahlua first, triple sec second then baileys last. When doing the baileys last u will find it slips underneath the triple sec and sits on the Kahlua perfectly leaving the triple-sec perfectly clear.

@matt4lyfe there is a large difference between a Grand Marnier and a triple sec (Cointreau being highest) triple sec is orange peel infused in grain alcohol or vodka whereas Grand Marnier has a Cognac base. they are different but the flavouring (orange peel) is the same. I agree that some tend to replace TS with GM in examples like Margaritas and Cosmos in attempts to fancy them but they will never taste the same

however I will be neutral on calling this a B52 and I wont argue about it

@yes4me You should light the orange liquor i.e cointreau, then quickly put a straw in going right to the bottom, and drink it fast. the drink will go down and the flame with it - and when the flame gets to the straw it'll go out. Enjoy!
