my sister been trying to lose weight, but she keeps giving up!!!!!

i try to motivate her cause she really wants to lose it!!

@jakeracutier good that's the only thing you can do, but she much remember weight loss is a hard battle, just because you lose it don't mean it wont comeback. the thing she can do for herself is to have people around like you for support, i have gained over 40lbs since this video but i will never give up my goal,

you look wonderful, Im also going for the bypass surgery. Im in the process now with all the dr apnt. i have like 3 more dr apnts to go, before they give me a surgery date. Im a little nervous now as it gets closer, but i know its gonna be the best thing for my health. Would you have ang suggestions for how it would be after the surgery ?

Sweetie you must have heavy bones, because u don't look like a 170 pounds, u look so good that u look to be 145 or something, but keep up the good work, u did that girl...Out of all the videos I seen on youtube, I liked yours the most... please hit me up i would like to ask you some questions, Im going for my first visit to the doc about wls... thank u so much....

That is happening to me as well!! I was 153 then jumped up to 173 now im back in the 160s. This is crazy huh?

I missed you chicka! I also got back up to 170 pounds but thats ok i know for certain never again will i get back up to 245 lol. Im still trying to learn to diet..its a journey indeed. Guess what i been doing? Juicing lol ( vegetables) and its soooo good! If your interested check out the lifegenerator...dan the man! lol take care and best wishes.

First u look great. I was told insurances will not pay for cosmetic surgery BUT if the extra skin is causing health issues they moght pay for it..maybe you could check it out and see..But u still look great ;) Be blessed

U motivate me bc I rarely see someone close to my starting weight make videos and I always feel like I am the biggest person to have had wls day of surgery I was 388 lbs. I am 287 as of August 10th need to weigh again. My dream is to say I have lost 200 lbs. My goal weight is 180 lbs if I get to 160 that is my fantasy goal...lol... I really just want to be under 200lbs realistically. U look amazing and u may think u have nothing to say but it helps me to hear u talk..lol
