Wow - I remember watching this episode when it first aired.............Denise's reaction to seeing Laura is something I've never forgotten in all these years!
@brinpol I know right? I watch All My Children about once every two weeks, to catch up and Dixie has come back from the dead and everyone is just sort of like "oh, it's you...cool". Luke's reaction here was priceless.
Also, this is one of the better "coming back from the dead" reactions on soaps ever. Maybe because it's so common now, characters are just so blase about it. "Oh, you didn't die going off the cliff? Welcome back, *yawn*, whatever..."
Excellent. Despite the crazy 1981 summer (science fiction), there was beauty, talent, and chemistry with all of these GH actors and plots that kept us GLUED to the TV set, same for THE EDGE OF NIGHT which followed on some of the (abc) stations.
I can still cry at these old scenes. They were the best days of General Hospital. Hate how they do Luke now. I miss Genie Francis...

I cannot imagine seeing Genie Francis that young.

I dont know if Denise stole the scene. She sounded like a mouse having an orgasm.
