Mine is definitely WonderGuard. Even though you have 1 hp, you can't be hurt by attacks that aren't super effective towards you. In Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, if you caught a nincada, and evolved it into ninjask at level 20, you got a Shedinja. It's a bug-ghost type, so it's weak to fire, ground, rock, dark, and ghost. But it's still a pretty decent pokemon.

@zacharymrtn-There's more fighting Pokemon on Pinwheel forest. There's Throh and if you're lucky with the rustling grass, there's Sawk. It's 5% chance you can get it.

I don't know exactly what's my favorite pokemon ability, but my least favorite has to be sturdy. It robs me of a bunch of would-be KOs that I have on Boldores & Gravelers, & I end up having to take hits almost everytime I battle them. The designers should've at least tweaked it to where Sturdy wouldnt be activated when there's a critical hit or when a move is super-effective. That seems like a more sensible option IMO.

I guess my favorite ability, is Jellicent's Water Absorb. The reason is being, that instead of Soak turning you into a mono Water Type, Jellicent's WA makes it receive 1/4 of max Health applied to the current HP. I guess an all Pkmn ability I like overall, and for strategic reason is Sturdy. It's like a free Focus Sash, alongside with it's old purpose of preventing OHKO moves as well.
