I'm wondering if any middle east country with oil actually gives money to help support the poor people of Palestine by building hospitals,roads,money for a better way of life, or even their " red cross" groups.
With a desalination/reverse osmosis plant ...they could sell bottled water to other countries and make their own $.
I don't understand,they really need help!
I know something could be worked out with the UN and NATO if needed.
