Comparing Pendulum to generic DnB is as comparing folk's music to death metal.

Pendulum have elaborated their own sound, and as the most know, even DnB have sub-genres as Dark, Liquid, Jungle, Melodic, Twisted Basslines.

What I'm trying to say is, you can't compare any music - you like it or not, and that's it. Pendulum is not trying to label what's "normal" of DnB, and either way no artists are the same. Else this would be a dull world.

Too true, Im sick of people getting all rapey about music, DnB in particular, when they slate groups like Pendulum just because they took it down a different route. I love Pendulum (Going to see them next Thursday!), but I also upbeat liquid funk tracks like this.
