If it a weather baloon so a METEROLOGISTY must have LAUNCH it AND RECORD it. Simply check with the local meteo station. Why dont people think about that! It is totally unscientific to make absobtion whithout VERIFYING! Weather baloons are not TOP SECRET information!
i can believe that a wheather ballon will give off a rainbow color, but that doesnt explain the flashes it give off close to the end of the vid. sunlight would be constant so that would mean that it wouldn't be flashing.
i didnt have much time to remove the auto-focus. i was on my way to a game and i was running a little late and the ufo was moving. i dont think auto-focus did anything to the footage anyways, u can still see the ufo.
the surface of weather baloon are gold/silver reflective, sunlight does cause rainbow on it. If you want to make a test...take an solar calculator or any other solar panel and check and move it under the sun, you will see small rainbows reflection on the panel.
better quality is not necessary, i think that a bright object flying like this with no sound is enough to tell that's a ufo. Now i don't if there's an alien inside ;o)
