@TheGreenMonkeyMHFC yeah for bigger jetliner like this one. it goes by experience. your most likely to see an old pilot on an a380 and a much younger one on a turbo prop per say. its all about flight hours and experience my friend. and older people have generally spent more time in planes than younger ones ;)

First of all, half of what you just wrote is not understandable. Second, Airbus has a better record than Boeing, therefore it seems to be safer and better. Of course Boeing dominates the military planes, but Airbus has taken over in commercial planes.
