  • Did this yesterday for leg day really liked it as a warm up for legs. I also like using the warm up you wrote up for the 100 reps in 100 second challenges as a warm up on my leg days.

  • What was the total time it took you to complete this? What energy system where you wanting to work ? Did you wear your polar HRM to see how high your HR went up and more importanly how quickly you recovered? What did you do for your leg workout and did it help? Just curious and always wanting to learn.
