How do you give your followers different armor? When i gave dragon armr to untgerth or whats her face. She didnt put it on.

It worked on Lydia, i gave him Ebony armor and she had it with him, but if u take one of those who u need to pay like ''I will be your sword and shield if u hav the coin'' (500) gold
