To 'patluvsvettes': It's all in fun. Some people like to spend thousands on drag racing cars that just sit in a garage only to be trailered to the drag strip and driven a few times down the strip using up large amounts of very expensive fuel. That's fine if you enjoy it. The list goes on. Bottom line: Life is short, have fun, do what you enjoy and have fun as long as you are not physically harming anyone. Do what makes you happy. Just FYI, they splatter all 40 channels plus some below and above, even up to 10m and 6m if sporadic e and conditions are really good. Not all of them do, but some of the "BIG BOYS" do. All in fun, life is short, do what you enjoy as long as you are not physically harming someone!!! Different strokes for different folks.. HAVE FUN

What is it about black people that makes them want to spend thousands of dollars on cb equipment, alternators, and amps just so they can get on channel 6 and splatter about 4 channels up or down the band with this idiotic nonsense? You can't even understand what you guys are saying! Is this a black thing? Is it just a "my di*k's bigger than your di*k" thing among the blacks? You guys need to get a life. CB really is the chicken band. As long as you stay off the ham bands I guess it's OK.

I just never have understood the whole Superbowl thing on channel 6. To each his own I guess. Didn't mean to ruffle your feathers or piss ya off. I shoot skip occasionally myself, but not on channel 6. I can't understand the guys on the Superbowl. I work the upper channels 36-40 AM or SSB, but mostly into ham radio these days.
