@HmongZboy I haven't tried the Perplexus, but some sections on it are almost identical as far as I can tell from pictures. The Addict-A-Ball has a slightly higher number of puzzles as claimed on the box, but not enough to make it a truly different experience.

All in all, if you own the Perplexus, you probably don't need to buy this. If you don't own either... pick whichever one is available and cheap.

@iSmileForSub Hope this is fast enough :-) The Perxlexus is the original design. The addict-a-ball is a copy. Kind of like the Rubiks Cube -- there's the original one, and cheap knock-offs.

In this case though... the Perplexus costs about the same on Ebay as the addict-a-ball. Either one will give you hours of joy and frustration.

@iSmileForSub It's basically the same, yes. In fact, certain sections and devices are identical on both puzzles. Obviously, the addict-a-ball copied what they liked and added to that.

The Perplexus has a 100 levels / barriers / stages. The addict-a-ball claims 138. Of course, some of those are just really simple.

From what I've read, the build quality of both is about the same. I certainly enjoy playing with it, and haven't had any issues. I'm 27, and it's a great stress reliever.
