The new one is alright not much of it is changed except that they made it to fit in with the movies so they added a few characters and a few goodies here and there that fans would be able to pick out if they looked closely you can find something new everytime you ride it ;P.

Trust me, i know. In fact everytime I go to disney i make sure that first-timers know that Walt Disney was the mastermind of it all, not Jerry Bruckheimer. The purpose of this ride was to PRETEND it was the other way around, that the imagineers decided to completely redo pirates of the caribbean with a total movie theme. I would never want it done this way, I was just curious to see how it would turn out

good job on the video itself. however i think the whole idea of changing the ride to fit the movie is asanine. The movie was made to pay tribute to the ride. and now people are complaining to change the ride to be more like the movie. I'm not saying you're stupid or anything, I just dislike the idea. Nice ride anyhow.

Its awesome. What you could do to improve it is to use some cheats like David walsh. rename a peep 'David Walsh' and whenever you want to remove all of the menus like that shows the money the park has, year, month, and all the side menus like to build a ride, scenery, so all that you can see is whats in front of you.

The only way to get it better is to buy the soaked expansion, you could build under water and add that statue with a kraken that is holding a ship. Tortuga was built nice but, i think Tortuga should've been built outside, you could've added water and build the port with a few ships. You could've added Tia Dalma's house too :D, make the track through water and add lots of rainforest-ish foliage and fog, and her hut. Also: why so many mountains? Thats all i wanted to say :p.

those are all great ideas i will take into consideration. i built a lot of mountains to hide other parts of the track, but i've come up with better ways since then. this ride is relatively old lol.

The music is okay, but if you're going to make the ride that would of most probably took you AGES. Then you could of spent a little bit more time syncronizing the music, but still. Fabulous :D

I'm working on a version of Pirates based off of the Disney park rides mostly, but with some differences. Begins with Tropical Beach instead of Bayou, First Drop is like Disneylands, going into the caverns, second goes into the harbor scene, and the people get off at the treasure room scene. It's difficult. I'm new to the game. But you rock at these.

no problem...to make a show building like that, make the outside all one type of wall (stone if u wish) and the inside all themed. usually i dont care if its structurally unsound because u dont see that in the video lol

If you wanted to make it ouside, if it was night time it may have had a better effect. Overall its a fairly good ride. I've seen the best there is on rct3, and I know that its next to impossable to do anything close lol.
