Thanks a lot, this will improve my forms better, i've been doing these exercises along with others but i haven't been using that supinate-form and i haven't always used FRM on the EZ-bar, full range motion
good video. But for newer people working out isn't it better to work biceps through full-body stuff that works multiple muscle groups? like chins, close-grip bench, dips, bench press, pushups?
@stoneecold23 actually, close grip bench, dips, bench press and push ups work the triceps, not the biceps, although your triceps make up 2/3 of the upper arm so they are movements you wanna do :-) If you work your back with pull ups, barbell rows etc. you will notice that your forearms and biceps will give out sooner than your back and you wanna put the focus on the back not your biceps. But basically in all movements your body works multiple muscles. Some more than others..
This is what Im talking about!! The #1 dude in fitness and health, if u ask me. Gregg Avedon is the real deal. Thank you so much for posting this video!! Hope to see more of these..
@BB3ResultsDRIVEN every video you guys post is awesome! But I particularly like these kind of videos where you explain the exercise, technique etc. You already posted vids for the chest, shoulders, abs and biceps, maybe some vids for the legs and back will make it a complete set of exercises. Also I think sharing your thoughts on the different routines (push/pull, 5-day split etc) would be very useful.
Bottom line, I like all the videos but above are some suggestions.
please I want to see more of you!!!!handsome

Gregg is defenitely Mr Fitness in my book.
Being a personal trainer myself i have to say that Gregg is a true inspiration doing and explaining the exercises he does.
Would love to see more vids like these.
