How To Change Dock Icon Colors For Mac!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there a reason why on mine, safari, preview etc, (mostly preinstalled apps i think) wont work, were as like photoshop, spotify etc, works fine, when you try to copy and paste it (edited coloured) to the get info pane, it wont let me paste?

@thatshaunguys ya, you need to unlock then by going to the get info window, then go to the sharing and permissions and click that little lock button on the bottom. Then type in your password and change all the setting so read and write, instead of just read. Then it should work fine.
