My PA is 4000w, i can stand in front of it and play. Have put a lot of work into live eqipment. I know a lot of people who cannot get these kind of mics going mainly due to their choice of amp.
Hi Brian i use a 50's Premier amplifier & a harp gear would your mic be ok wit them. do you mean its Guitar amps that people have trouble with - Cheers Paul
Yes that sounds fine, your volume will be limited by the amp depends on how loud your band is. I have not used a stage amp for many years I go direct to PA even when Im playing with an acoustic guitar player. My band is very loud because of the nature of the music we play, pre amp direct to PA is far more efficient volume wise. I have never taken much notice of raditional opionions they did not work for me but I found things that did.
Hi, I brought one of these mikes from Rowan. I have not heard anyone play a chromatic through it so I decided to give it a go myself. The sound is also amazing for chromatic playing. One of my harmonica friends in Holland has placed a song on YouTube with me using the Loudbark. The song is not everyones cup of tea but you can get an idea of how the Loadbark sounds with the chromatic. Go to, Hallelujah - Truckpartsaus (Leonard Cohen)to hear. Cheers from Downunder Warren.
hahahaha funny stuff!
