@ButHelp He needed it because he rejected scientific based treatment for pseudoscientific crap. He WOULDN'T have needed it if he had took experts advice, which he rejected. He exploited the whole organ donation procedure with his wealth to get a liver transplant of other people in dire need. If you reject expert opinion for treatment, you should be at the dead bottom of the organ donation list. It was his fault he needed a new liver.
