@cdolorne Ya, but it vaporizez deathclaws and shit in like one hit. Happened when i went to quarry junction, he shot the deathclaw mother, vaporized her instantly :P and the kill-cam animation is the same as when you shoot somethin w/ alie blaster, where they turn blue.

@EpicWin0CriticalFail I've seen ED-E firing the blue laser before upgrading it as well as using the standard laser after upgrading it with the Followers. Seems to be glitched all around and not always in your favor.

I got the alien blaster instead of the YCS 186. I don't know If I should og gotten the YCS but since you can't buy ammo for the alien blaster. I decided to go through the cave shooting as little as possible. And in the end I somehow got through the whole cave without shooting a single shot, (However I did use 2 stealth boys)

@deathrall2 you can get one from aNCR ranger by killing him but not getting karma or hate from NCR, just find a way to get a NCR ranger near a car, then shoot it up and look for the body if it's near by then collect the loot xD i hoped it helped

To everyone in confusion over my former comment, each currently available DLC (Dead Money, Honest Hearts and Old World Blues) adds 5 levels each to your level cap. Therefore It's possible to reach level 45, I'm level 39 at the minute :) This will increase to 50 when the 4th DLC, Lonesome Road is released. No date for that yet tho...

I was level 36 when I did this and there were WAY more Deathclaws than this! No problems with my Gobi Campaign Scout Rifle and 400 Armor Piercing rounds ;) Cleared all Deathclaws at the Deathclaw Promontory as well today... That must be 40+ Deathclaws slain in 1 day! Just call me 'Scourge of the Deathclaws' :)

wait, the legendary deathclaw has a base health of 850. the YCS/186 has a damage of 140, the headshot multiplier is 2x, the critical damage for the gun is 70 so it would total to 350. then, due to the sneak attack critical, it would become 700 damage. so this is probably easy or very easy mode. or perhaps the headshot multiplier goes after the critical damage is added, but even so, the damage would still only be 840... Not only that, but you have to take into account its damage threshold of 15.

@haloreach321 Although you have got this from fallout wiki(From what i can see)They record the damage from 75 weapons skill.(75 Energy weapons)I have it and its 145 damage from full condition 100 Energy weapons. so,it would be 370 without the sneak attack critical and if the multiplier comes in after the headshot damage, it would mean then end damge comes in round the 870-900 damage.(Alot of math from us because of 1 shot :D ).
