  • sweet video.... thanks man

  • bosss ur good at this video shiit

  • well done.

  • I'm thinking about getting a 09 or 10 Endeavor Colour series board and i'm just wondering since i've been told and i've read that it has a thicker base I don't have to wax as much. Is that true? Also on average how long does it take you to wax? I know it'll take a first timer longer but something to work towards. Great vids btw

  • thanks your half hour effort!

  • thank you so much for sharing!!!!! very informational video!! =)

  • thanks :)

  • fantastic video thanx mate..... for your first effort at a "how to video" youve done a great job :)

  • great video man .. how long do u spend melting the wax in with the iron?

  • great video man .. how long do u spend melting the wax in with the iron?

  • What was the last thing he used to polish the base? The little cube?

  • How many times do you have to wax if you got a new snowboard?

  • @GraffQueen2

you dont wax a new board

  • Fantastic tutorial and appreciate this fully. Just shredded it in Tignes France and now will be sorting out my board.

    Thanks.

  • Well done tutorial, just watched all 3 parts. Very thorough, only suggestion I would make is that if for some reason you do another, if there is a significant difference in the way the beginning and end looks a before and after pic. No actual complaints just a thought.

  • Do you need to take your bindings off before you wax or is okay to leave them on tight or loose for that manner?

  • Great great video! I have signed up to YouTube especially to rate this video and say thank you for your efforts.

  • Great video(s)... 1, 2, and 3. Thanks for the info.

  • think its best to take off your bindings befor so you dont cause air bubbles where the screw holes are... but still good vid

  • dude this video is probably the best how to wax video ive watched while trying to pick stuff up. it was real helpful. mad props

  • is there any reason to use a base-cleaner before you wax? Or can you just use a brush? I normally wouldn't clean the base everytime but I have warm weather wax from last year and need to get that crap off.

All that polishing stuff is cute by the way, but since I'm an east-coaster it's pretty much useless.

  • Thanks alot i really needed to know this

  • thanks man i am gettin a new board and needed to know ho wto do this

  • Thanks for the video, this is exactly what I was looking for.

  • Does it make a huge difference if you use the brass, nylon and horsehair brush compared to just using the scotch brite pad? Just for all of us that don't want to drop $50 on brushes and don't really care if we go 1 more mph faster.

  • The scotch brite pad is just fine for most snow. The brushes and cork are to get the most out of the board in wet snow and pow. If the snow is spring corn or ice, you really do not even need to scotch brite it or scrape it all that well; just get the big chunks off. Your first run might be a little slow, but after that you`re good to go!

  • thanks! Exaactly what I was looking for man.

  • (ghettoh) We have to guess you're also using her iron and finishing up with her hairbrush(?). Candle wax is very different from ski wax - probably a lot harder/more brittle and none of the additives specific for skiing/boarding. I'm no expert, but I doubt it's damaging anything, but it isn't helping either - probably just a waste of effort

  • Great vid thanks. I'm going to wax my board tomorrow.

  • i often should you wax and sharpen your board ????? and i have a few deep scratch in my board what should i doo?? is waxing gonna fix that

  • Thank you very much for taking the time to save us all alot of money. You made it look so easy i will do it myelf and enjoy the sport even more......

  • yea thanks alot man this is great, and you said if we ride on sprayed or corn snow? im not sure if i heard you right

  • yay (I'm clapping). I didn't know it is that easy....I mean, yeah, it's looks like a little bit of a workout with all the scraping/buffing, but relatively easy. And you did better job than I got when I paid a pro (they left some unscraped spots and some whitish areas)

  • thanks for the video!

u waxed ur board like u really cared :)

    thanks for the tips!

  • wooo hooo a new GOOD how to wax your snowboard video. This was the best video i have seen on here about waxing. It was great that you did it at home like 90% of us do too. thanks for doing this im sure its going to help a lot of people.... now we just need some snow
