Where did you get your version of pokemon emerald? all the versions i've downloaded lag and are glitched. ex: after I take the potion from my pc in my room, when i'm on the 1st menu, exiting it, it turns orange and freezes. ex2: after i kill the zigzagoon and professer birch warps me to his lab, it actually takes me back to the title screen. ex3: when I save sometimes, it just freezes when it says "saving, don't turn off the power". Could you please give me the site you downloaded from.

umm i think you need to catch a new wooper you got one with "damp" that prevents explosions. Try catching one with "water absorb" it lets you take no damage from water attacks and you get hp from them
