No they don't.... it's like saying the US Army train the British Army. Don't spread crap unless you actually know what you're talking about. They often hold military exercises, but that doesn't mean the USCG necessarily 'train' the Japanese Coast Guard. The Japanese Coast Guard in some respects are more highly enhanced/developed then the US Coast Guard, and in other areas, the US Coast Guard is more advanced then the Japanese.

Japanese Society has a higher education level than American Society. It would be wise for the US Coast Guard to learn from the Japanese Coast Guard some of their techniques. It would be quite helpful.
