The eyes of Jason Pegg are hipnotic // The fact that bands like Supergrass (90's) and Clearlake (00's) are "Undervalued" it means the World is really really BAD, very BAD.
Wow, thanks for uploading this, such a gorgeous tune and they were such lovely, genuine guys. My vinyl copy of Lido was the first they'd seen, the day of release, they did a little show in Borders, Oxford Street.
Loved this at the time (and still do) remember rushing out to buy Lido the next day. Was a bit disappointed in Amber though, may have to go back and listen again
i remember hearing and recording this group/song on the same show.
it was such a sincere melody which really captured the mood of the day. music is a strange thing. sometimes you have to be there at that particular moment to realise how beautiful something is. this is a special song which was kind of "born"..a kind of modern folk song. once you hear the first line the rest of the song is predetermined, but in a beautiful way.
does any one know if the band are still together?+

Love this song & think the album Lido is one of those wonderful, sadly neglected but sort of pleasurable hidden treasures, for those in the know.

I remember seeing this at the time too, and thinking it was brilliant. This must have been early 2000s easily. Nice song.
