ifinity ward should put the ext mag glitch back in the the game but instead of 50% more damage they should change it to 25% more damage for all shotguns except the 1887 of course so all shotgunners lets tell this to robert bowling and get our shotguns back the way we want them

@beastmode2598 is that why when i used the spas today with damage and ext mags everytime i killed someone who had blastic vests it killed them with one shot but the spaz has been buffed with damage and ext mags try it out its so much better you should try it out its defintily been buffed. the only guns that have the ext mag glitch built in is the usas 12 and ksg 12 but the others dont not sure bout spaz 12 with damage and ext mags though it has had something changed on it

@SSYCOXJO3LX Its damage at range, its minimum damage at distance is buffed from 5 to 14. Outside its max damage range (10.14 meters about) it still can one shot people with ease. It is hard to explain really... ;/

Firstly, the fact that you NEED a proficiency to be any bit effective is sad.

Plain Shotgun:You're better off using a pistol

Secondly, look at some of the hitmarkers on here. If you're in a shotguns range, it should be one shot, especially with the SPAS unless you're at the very edge of your range. But I get hitmarkers at point blank with damage all the time. It's sad. FIX IT.

You SHOULDN'T need a proficiency. You SHOULDN'T need to aim. It's a SHOTGUN we're talking about. If you're in range and you get even a few pellets on them, they should be dead. But no, even with damage it can take the same number of shots as an assault rifle. THAT MAKES SENSE.

And don't assume. I got damage on the SPAS and USAS. They're better, but still lackluster and not worth the amount of anger spent getting there. They just SUCK, period.

The only reason the striker is so good is because you can spam it. The Spas takes skill to use. I actually like range more with the Spas. Damage still gives me hitmarkers up close. So if I'm going to get hit markers I want it to be from 10ft away. Then you can duck and dodge their shots to get another shot on them. Works damn near everytime. Spas-12 is my favorite weapons in MW3.

In cod 4: the shot guns were not as good as the m16 or mp5 but fuck they were a blast.

WAW: one word: BOOMSTICK!

mw2: oh good times: sprayin with the aa-12 and striker, double shottie rangers and models, spas-12 was so epic and so much more.

Blops: funnest guns in the game. only the M6o i like better.

MW3: KSG is ok, USAS is FUN, Spas is awesome with damage and the striker kicks ass.

the AA-12 is so nooby fun and the model rules. overall, just give the guns hope

it is not damage that does the big difference it is extended mags glitch... hate how people misunderstand this, they are still pretty lackluster with damage and NOT extended mags glitch, I have all lvl 30-31 on PC it has been patched for a month aprox... KSG 12 = one of the worst guns in the game without extended mags glitch, the striker though is the best close quarters with fmg9's akimbo...

Yeah, the shotties are nice and all at later level..but why in the name of God does the 1887 have the Attachments specialty when there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO PUT ON IT? If you play on pc, its not worth it, jus giving u a quick heads up if ur a pc player. I sacrificed my KD ratio by using it to bring it up to level 28, but it was not much of a deal. They nerfed the benefits of extended mags on pc, if u like shotties i may be ur go but, not worth the work IMO. If ur a pc player thumbs up so ppl wont waste their time like i did.

One game I was playing with the spas without the damage proficiency had a sad moment when a guy was flying a recon drone around and I walked up to him and shot him directly in the face 2 feet away but all i got was a hit marker so on the second shot he died and it was last kill so we all saw that it took two shots to the face to kill the guy lol but now that i have the damage proficiency the spas is great and is one of my favorite guns
