actually he is right, on vulgar display of power almost all songs are tuned down a quarter step with some exceptions, for example walk, which is tuned down a whole step and a quarterstep. These two are the tunings dimebag used on all the albums, also some songs in droptunings but these are the 2 standard tunings for pantera songs. 1/4 step down, 1 1/4 step down.
