I'm not stoking a flame war, but Final Fantasy Haeresis has not been confirmed by Square Enix, therefore you do not know if this game even still exists. Just like Chrono Break, the name was copyrighted, but the game no longer exists. There is a big chance that Square Enix dropped their 6 game plan all together, seeming as they have to finish the three that have already been announced.

My guess is that the developers had 3 amazing stories in their head, and they decided to make 3 games (each game could have better graphics and focus more on the sotry). It also focuses on different people. Versus is a darker, more action packed story while FF13 is a more Iconic FF experience.

SquareEnix are a bunch of whores now. Why do we need 3 different FF13's? From what it looks like they are making these games to push the sales of the consoles they are on. Why couldn't they have spent the time they had on those three games to make one epic game? They're set in the same universe or so they say. 13 is most likely going to be crap because no one will get the whole FF13 experience since there are 3 variations of it.

The story wouldn't be confusing since the 3 separate games aren't going to have the same characters, plots, or worlds. They just have the same mythos - that's it. So why split your team up to make three COMPLETELY different games instead of one amazing game? Instead you're just stuck with 3 mediocre games. Also if you want to play all of them you have to pay for 3 games and their respective consoles. SquareEnix is just trying to milk the Final Fantasy cash cow for all it's got.

Unfortunately, Versus 13 is supposed to have very Kingdom Hearts-esque gameplay, meaning that, while it might look cool, you will be able to button-mash your way through it, making it the anti-Final Fantasy.

Demo's are like playable trailers, they give you an idea of what the game play is like and a small into to hte plotline. they tend to be downloadble for free as well, or come with other games.

to rikuheartless9999 - maybe u should learn the facts before you speak up. yes tetsuya said that in an interview. he also said that there are no plans for a remake because he is currently busy with 13 and afterwards hes busy with KH. as well as the the staff being busy with other projects. KH is taking up all their time with all its spinoffs and sequels. therefor theres no plans as of yet, or near future for a remake.
