  • I wish today's whipper snappers out there would take a moment to have a listen to, that which is real hip-hop..,not all this ridiculous he said/she said, did this/did that, non-sense! I'm from the old school like O Dog ..,Grant Hill#33Phoenix..,repp'in..,no bling of a ring to do my thing..,stay true to Purp/Orange since A. Gilliam..,

  • One of my all time favorites. Eric Sermon rhymin and Marvin singing. Don't get much better.

  • The marvin gaye sample flows so naturally with the song. It doesn't feel forced and out of place like the kanye jay otis sample

  • R.I.P to one of the Greatest to ever to sing into a mic

  • tune

  • This the shit

  • I give Sermon props for not butchering Marvin's music. The way he incorporates Marvin's voice into the song makes it seem Marvin is really singing with Marvin.

"Without music, Owww I'll go cazy"!

  • You see this is one of the many things that I miss about older Hip-Hop artists and songs....

.....when an old school and/or legendary song/artist (Marvin Gaye for example) was sampled, IT DIDN'T FEEL RUINED, RIDICULOUS, REPULSIVE, OR NAUSEATING!!!

  • This was my jam!! Love that he included King Marvin in the video!

  • 79 people has no soul...

  • if you love this jam put 4 on your scream four thats real

  • i love music specially those music that mean some to my mind nd soul

  • this was my shit aint nothing like good music

  • me encanta

  • Oh Yeah!! Love This Song!!!

  • damn this take me back to when I was about 9

  • Damn it was good back then

  • One fly tune, to have black and white vibe in one room... Simplest but truest verse in a Hip hop song. It's not about color. It's about the music and how it makes you feel.

  • You gotta be a straight fool to attempt to remix this song, but Sermon nailed it. Good job my man

  • Usually, I dislike remixes of an older song, but this song is on point.

  • I Love This Tune. But I Hate That F**king Alarm Clock.

  • Marvin Gaye makes this song sound good..not taking anything away from Erick Sermon though

  • 77 people never heared music

  • Master P created the recent formula of quantity over quality. He generated a ton of money for himself. That formula has been emulated by a lot of recent artist/producers etc. It is a formula that will generate money, but never generate classic music. The only real formula for classic music that will live on forever is music created from the soul with no regards to monetary gain. Thats the reason the original and sample for this song still bangs!

  • Great mix of old school R&B and hip hop. This comment is from a very old school bro.

  • i havent heard this song in forever

  • I haven't bought a cd in yrs...if I heard more of dat ol school feel....i wud...BOMBIYAAAAAA

  • damnnn yo if your not boogying within 2 minutes of this song, theres something wrong wit you

  • get lost in the beat!

  • Damn...Eric Sermon...half of rap's greatest duo!

  • I hate forgetting Bangas

  • Glad I found this song

  • Nothing tops this song

  • raw real music. Drake who?

  • ONE LOVA FOR A MIN

  • could'nt get no smoother!!!

  • I remember when this song came out...I was like 8

  • I WISH MUSIC COULD ADOPT ME! (favorite line)

  • damn to think this came out in what 2002 ? now hip hop is gay on the radio

  • body soul snatcher universal language ,it be the light so open up this is it wtf

  • This was the joint when it came out on the radio back in 2001. I was 8 years old when this song came out, I can remember the Marvin's vocals and the lovely beat of the song, but I can hardly remember any of Erick's vocals. This was one of my most favorite tracks of the year along with other '01 classics such as Livin' It Up, Get Ur Freak On, Ms. Jackson, Fallin', Survivor, Raise Up, Izzo(HOVA), Let Me Blow Ya Mind, Loverboy, U Don't Have To Call, and Rock The Boat. Aside from 9/11, '01 was Beast

  • @tcave360 cosign...also... we gon make it, knock yuself out, area codes, shine, bad boys4 life, lets get it, so fresh so clean, take it to da house

  • @CHUBBLEMAKA Yep. And also... Ride Wit Me, More Than A Woman, Dance Wit Me, Bouncin' Back, It Wasn't Me, All For You, You Rock My World, Hey Luv (Anything), and B.O.B. (Bombs Over Bagdhad).

  • THIS IS THE GROOVE !!!!

  • My fave part: "Lalalalalalala dodo do-do" Marvin was the F'n man and much respect to Eric Sermon.

  • DIS SONG IZ DA JAM....I LOVE DIS SONG....ESPECIALLY MARVINS PART....RIP 2 DA LEGENDARY MARVIN GAYE!!!!

  • Song was dope. I remember when I first watched the video back in 2001 (ah to be a teenager again), I was obsessed with two things: The chick in the black dress with her tits about to pop out dancing and the skinny chick with the low hanging (but large) tits in the blue top...Man...gorgeous ladies, lol. But I wonder what they look like now after 10 years eh? hmmm...

  • lol erick did not discriminate in this music video, i saw a jew that never happends

  • Play this when i step in the building so they know I'm in the place

  • love this

  • so love this track...dude did a hella cover to Marvin..!

  • great song

  • The only time I heard this song was in my cousins car, his stereo is really distorted.

Sermons voice sounded exactly like Nas lol, so I always thought this was Nas.

  • This is all so magnificent... with the vocals of the legendary Marvin Gaye (unquestionably one of the greatest musicians of all-time) intertwined with this is nothin short of remarkable. May Marvin truly rest in peace.

  • This tune ruled my car in 2002, my whole estate listened to it whether they like it or not.

  • 1:33 wish to make that moves on a disco :)

  • @Galwaybanana its what's the worst that could happen. this song is to the soundtrack. you should read the title description on this song before asking, its right where you can see it. so it's kind of embrassing!!!

  • @Galwaybanana THE MOVIE IS WHATS THE WORST THAT COULD HAPPEN

  • @fullyfunked ---So nothing can go wrong, and E-Dub is here with me....YES!!!

  • This is one of hiphop Best Beats,Erick aranged the vocals of marvin perfect, its almost like he was in the studio

Listen 2:58 till the end, listen how he place those adlibs of marvin..
