I highly doubt that they would jeopardize their company to give you a little "research" information. So my question is how exactly do you know that these are from Lady Burd? Last but not least to the person who asked if Lady Burd is unsafe because BS is unsafe, the answer is yes. Regardless if you put a warning label on it or not, if the product is unsafe, ultimately it's unsafe. Why would you slam BS for being unsafe but continue LB because they are unsafe with a label?

I state how i know where BSC makeup comes from. Lady Burd marks on there catalog that some of these products are not safe for use on the eyes. BSC does not.
Lady Burd, Pinnacle, Auraline, Colorlab, and Audry Morris is just a "few" of the PLC companies out there. MOST of these PLC companies do not sell to the public and before even being able to purchase and buy these products you must show proof of at least one of the following: Cosmetology License, Esthetician License, Business License, Retail License, and a few others. For Lady Burd to say anything at all about BS Cosmetics being a client of theirs will get them sued in a heart beat ...
Most companies including major companies such as MAC also go through private label cosmetics the only difference between small time consumers like BS Cosmetics and MAC is that MAC is a very big name and they usually have a team of their own with these Private Label Cosmetic companies that specially formulate certain makeup just for MAC. I wouldn't pin this just on BS Cosmetics, most products that you have in your makeup bag most likely 95% of them come from a PLC company. Also to name a few ...

I'm not quite sure how you can do research because these "Private Label Cosmetic" companies (there are more than just Lady Burd) are completely confidential. NO company or person owns a recipe for cosmetic if a company such as MAC formulates w/ 25% hydrogenation wheat germ and I use 24.5% it is different and I own it- same as with generic drugs vs. name brand. You are a layman so I dont expect you to understand- but, her company is doing what companies all across the world do and also- I understand & you are correct- some items shld b labeled correct ie. no approved for EYE CONTACT.
the reason why you didn't hear anything is because you can't buy wholesale one by one... You buy in multiples not in ones its against their company policies also you must have a tax id to order from the company, it only sells to businesses and only certain ones they're not going to sell you anything if you don't own a business & valid business license correlating to the products if you have a shoe store they're not going to sell you cosmetics and skin care..
actually private label cosmetic companies create most of the cosmetics that you buy like nars, bobbi brown, mac.... its nothing new...Also you're not going to be able to just get a pan of something for five dollars you need to buy it wholesale in multiples and there are at least a 200 dollar minimum

@mrskingz Lady Burd sells the paint wheels as BODY PAINT, and they have warnings saying they're NOT safe for eyes and have not been tested on the eye area. I saw the website...they really are the same exact products.

all major makeup lines have their products formulated and manufactured by independent cosmetic manufacturers. MAC, Nars, Smashbox and so on. the only difference is that their packaging is custom made.

Divides the mica up in little baggies, and resells those little baggies to BUSINESSES at a higher price. She is not the original or unique owner of ANY of those pigments/micas. TKB is a RESELLER business.Those micas are ALL widely available and the manufacturer of the micas resell to bigger businesses too.

She actually DID prove them to be safe and LB has to famous wheels in the FACE section I believe your eyes are located on your face...all it states (LB) is that they are unaware if the color wheels are safe for eye use, they have not been tested for eye usage.

The FDA has not shut down BS because she is a home business. The generally dont do any research into them. LB they have been looked at the FDA thus why items are labeled not safe for eye use. They have to have warning lables on these types of products. This is not slander because I am not statin untrue facts. It is right there in black and white.

the reason why you didn't hear anything is because you can't buy wholesale one by one... You buy in multiples not in ones its against their company policies also you must have a tax id to order from the company, it only sells to businesses and only certain ones they're not going to sell you anything if you don't own a business & valid business license correlating to the products if you have a shoe store they're not going to sell you cosmetics and skin care..

The FDA has not shut down BS because she is a home business. The generally dont do any research into them. LB they have been looked at the FDA thus why items are labeled not safe for eye use.
