That's what they do our little naughty Devons! Once our Rexie (11 year old female) jumped onto the shoulder of a financial advisor who was visiting us. We thought the man got a heart attack...... ;-)
My Devon Tomten does the same thing. I call him my fuzy scarf. Its really cute expect when I was once doing a job interview on the phone and he suddenly leaped across the room from the kitchen isalnd onto my shoulders and strated biting the phone. Needless to say after I screamed I didn't get the job!
You have a very cute cat. One of our Devon Rex cats, Emmy, does this too! We call her a carrot (half cat half parrot)! She has jumped up from behind people and freaked them out as they do not expect a cat to be landing on their shoulders!
