BTW believe it or not Miley grew up in the same neighboorhood as my guitar Instructor b4 she moved to California...the same neighboorhood that Ke$ha is from. Now this for a fact cos he told about em both way b4 they were famous.. Funny cos he used to tell me how women would on purpose have their cars break down in the area just so Miley dad would come help them. HAHAHAH
