To win that old man, all you have to do is don't let him grab your hand, then use a swift-instant pull back punch so he doesn't have time to grab you then take 2 steps away from him and try to make a feint kick and when he tries to block or grab you, deliver the doumawashi kick straight on top to his head and if he blocks it then quickly stand ground on your hand and use back-kick to his right/left ribs. Then it's over.
Though I'm impressed his skills in grabbing and body twist for his age.
@david1035669 I know that, but in martial arts you shouldn't restrain yourself just because your opponents is an elderly. If you do that, you're betraying everything you learn up until now and humiliates yourself in front of everyone. I say it again, respecting your elders doesn't mean you have to be soft to them.
