  • Nice Man..

  • damn yo ur beast

  • Your elbows are bent the entire time, your arms need to lock out straight in a planche.

  • thank you for inspiring to do this, i can do alot of chest to floor push ups but tried this once and i failed. so ima try this and be good at it thank you :)

  • wttttf, daaamn.. nice! :)

  • How do you even begin training these kinds of push ups?

  • Holy shit

  • Daaaamn!

    You' craaazy :D

  • he 's like superman with that glasses

  • What are the work outs you did to work up to this?

  • @RudyCortez2 U need a strong core for balance, strong shoulders so try doing push ups placing ur hands where his are but with ur feet on the ground. Stuff like that and a lot more that just a tip of the ice berg lol

  • Is that aphex twin I hear?

  • I could do the same, if it wasn't for gravity.

  • ... how do you practice that to be able to do it?... friend hold your feet or something?

  • Is that Aphex Twin I'm hearing? You brilliant man.

  • Nice work!!

    Thumbs up!

  • holy fit!

  • well depends oh your genetics guys, for people with longer legs its more difficult near impossibile.

  • My wrists couldnt handle this.. especially my left wrist, I ended up using my fists, though I have a long way to keep the balance perfectly. Still working on it, wish i have the push up handles, i definitely nail it if i use those, but then again it's kinda like cheating

  • @llrond maybe try and use wrist support until your wrists can take the weight and pressure, then again that could be looked at as cheating.

  • @llrond my wrists aren't flexible enough to get the planche balance, so i go on my fingertips, and its way easier (the balance is way easier, but only if you have finger strength already)

  • Didn't know this was posible

  • the tricep power u need for this is obscene

  • looks like a beasty nerd

  • @priceaka13 he looks like a HOT beasty nerd you mean :P

  • hacelo en las anillas, do it on rigns

  • woah, ive been trying to do these for over month, and i managed to stay off my feet for probly 1/8th of a second during a pushup. thats progress. thnx coach.

  • Shit ! This is hardcore

  • how the fuck. mind= blown

  • 80's Flick Music.= ]

    -Omega Blaze

  • bloody gymnasts and their bloody strength

  • freak

  • @oblacklightEo try to see b boy junior

  • i can do that by flexing my cock whilst on hard.. took me a while to practice but the ladys love it!

  • what diet do u use, i eat terribley but would like to change it

  • @geothetwo - if you want to lose bodyfat and maintain muscle mass then cut out all crap carbs like breads, rice, beans, potatoes, corn, soda etc.

eat lots of good fats like butter, lard, olive oil, avacado oil, walnut oil, fish oil and eat enough protein like steak, eggs, chicken, bison, lamb, pork, fish etc.

keep carbs aroung 50 grams a day and only consume vegetable carbs.

  • @topheramazz dude your facts are way wrong.haha

  • @zzboy82 -ur kidding right?

  • @topheramazz not all those are wrong. but butter? lard? red meats are bad if your trying to lose weights, eggs are extremely high on calories, pork is high on fat. if your trying to gain mass id say eat those. but to lose body fat? drink nadda but water, eat veggies of diffrent colors, avocado is probably the best source of oil other than fish oil. and for protien, nuts (not peanuts), hummus (but that shit is gnar) fish, i can agree with bison and lamb.

  • @zzboy82 I agree mostly, but your average egg has 70 calories, dunno how that's "extremely high" It is decently high, that's why most people who are trying to lose weight or stay lean only eat the white, which has an astounding 16 calories and the same amount of protein as the yolk.

TLDR: Egg whites are amazing, eat them.

  • @topheramazz Ok, egg whites yes.

  • Gymnasts have like the best physique ive ever fucking seen

  • how do i start to train for it ??? any ideas?

  • @Dll12112

Look up information on gymnastics and planche, you'll find stuff :D

gymnasticsbodies. com has a good forum with knowledgeable members that are really helpful :D

  • @ShaolinIronLeg

thx :D will start right now

  • omg, i wish i could do somthing like this!!!

    but i can't :$

  • I must say that this is sick, but don't you have to get your arms completely straight? I see you're not pushing yourself up to a point where your arms are straight..?

  • i tryed that 3 days ago :D i fractured my wrist .... :/

  • u gotta b light to do this

  • @antinoob83 LOL... there's a russian bodybuilder that does better than this guy. There's also Big Dave. Search for "Big Dave Strength Sampler" to see real planche push ups, among other things, from a 6'1 190 lb guy. He does them better now, that video is from 2008.

  • @slizzardman thats funny... he looks like a paper pushing dad or something

  • @antinoob83 I know, isn't it great? It goes to show that you never know what people can do just by looking at them.

  • hey can you make a video with you doing these pushups, except that your hands are where your shoulders are?

  • Hey! That ain't bad!

  • @D4nTh3Man

    ARE YOU GAY?

  • my elbows dont work anymore, sry :S

  • I would hate to get hit by this guy...

  • impressive man, guess i got to practice now

  • major triceps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • now thats a good one brother

  • i can extend my legs and hold for 60 seconds but can't go up and down

  • and hey.. does that hand placement make different muscles work?? because I haven't seen people with their fingers facing SO outward.. that they're almost facing back..

  • Wow pretty nice.. though I'd like to see those elbows straightening and a nice hold on top.. do you do that when you normally work for forM?

  • OH GOD

  • so i see you saw it

    that's waayy harder

    than some two- finger

    push-ups

  • nawt even

  • okay but he's using no feet

  • oh thx im blind

  • obviously you are if you

    can't see the greatness

  • holy man you have the longest arms ever

  • natural strong blues :) nice job brother

  • holy shit teach me teach me!!!!!!!

  • wat a beast

  • damn and all i got was one almost two. but i was doin it while maintaining proper form. well good job.

  • Suuuuure.

  • is it possible to do planch pushups with fists? the palm stuff i've seen look really nasty for people training themselves. i'd appreciate it if i could still use my hands when i'm older =\

  • Possible? Yes

    Recommended? No

    Painfull? Certainly.

Search for 'Brack Dance Junior'. First video is a bboy and prime example of extreme body control.

  • lol yeah junior is old news you got alot of bboys who can do that: krazy kujo, physics, etc.

  • Thats funny, because although kujo and definately physicx are very physical bboys, the latter is already wellknown for several more years than Junior and Kujo has been bboying since Junior was like 5 years old.

  • oook didn't really understand that can you explain again?

  • well some peeps can do it on finger tips. if you want proof look up bboy junior

  • madafaka :D hard core

  • This takes A LOT of upperbody strength.

  • ... and tiny legs :P

  • and tiny legs? ahaha but hey dont hate

  • is this gym in MEMPHIS,TN? it looks familiar

  • Can you do this with a set of perfect pushup? I ask because I wonder if it would be less strain on your wrist. Thanks.

  • hardcore move!

  • you are good bro :)

  • he cheated, he did used his cock! haha jk

  • lol xD

  • ur jokes

  • @LALO4992 ewwww thats disgustingggggg

  • @LALO4992 lmao he copied jack black in tenacious d

  • awesome..lol

  • Whenever I see people doing planche push-ups their arms are always so buff. Own bodyweight is so much better than using free weights. I can't do a full 60 sec frog stand yet but I will and can't wait until I can do these.

  • I read a study that this was scientifically proven, eg 100 press-ups is more benficial than 100 bench presses with the equivelent weight!

  • But doing both is even better :D

  • Yeah, I think that you could build more strength using weights because you cant increase your body weight by 20lbs or so when you feel like it, but I think yeah if you did both the muscles would be alot more adept as opposed to just doing one or the other,

  • Bodyweight exercises can be modified to use leverage and get the same, if not better effect than adding weight will give you.

The reason a push-up is better is because it is complex, you use your core to stabilize and your legs a little as well.

  • The benefit that offer you free weights is that it´s easier to increase the intensity just by adding more weight instead of going into harmful positions. But in the other hand bodyweight exercises offer you more bodyweight control since the exercise is using that mechanic.

The hardest way to train with your own bodyweight is gymnastics for sure, The hardest training whit weights is powerlifting and the hardest training lifting the more you can is strongman.

  • I doubt about that study its counterprouductive to do bunch of reps whit free weights since your stabilizers muscles will be failing shortly. Bunch of reps are just for bodyweights exercises.

If you are searching for Myofibrillar hypertrophy real muscle growth you should do low rep at high intensity. Going to the burn lifting weights has noeffect atp is exhausted and leads to a temporary hardness similar to permanent "rigid mortens" an state all of us we´ll reach when we are dead(stiff mucles)

  • Do you touch the ground with your stomache?

  • what do you have to do to work yourself up to try that

  • that's more like it, lol

  • Amazing.. im training to do what you do. please check out mi videos and give feed back if you like

  • Ya baby - that's a kick ass one. I will do that, but right now, no way.

  • wow dude awesome!!

  • show off!!!

  • thats 1/4 of a real planche pushup. the other 3/4 is to straighten your arms fully in the top position. and stay straight all thru the movment buddy

  • smittan15 i would love to see you do it until then shut up

  • well i have a video of it.. archd the last one to much on this clip thou. i agree my reply to this vid sounds like that what he is doing is easy and thats not what i meant. What i meant was why didnt he do a few correct once instead of alot wrong once. and btw altogh not correct on this vid im sure he can do real once to. and please dont tell me to shup up.

  • smittan15 u seem like you know what you are talking about, I want to ask you, i am also trying to learn this but it is hard as hell, how in the hell do you work your back out for this? My back gets pain, and i think the way this guy is doing it is using his bicep more then tricep

  • Agreed Smittan. ALthough what he's doing is by no means easy it's not a full planche pushup. That's like saying some one can squat 600lbs then he goes down like 4 inches and brags about it. The lockout is the hardest part of the planche as it gives the least leverage and requires the most strength specifically in the bicep tendon and ofcourse the delts and chest. And just because some one can't do something doesn't mean you can't call others out on their shit. That said this guy is in great shape.

  • Won't tell you to shut up, learn to spell though!

  • WOW, respect

  • Thats what I call strength!

  • freaking beast, thats amazing.

  • man, how long can u keep ur feet clear of the ground, just maintain that planche, without doing pushups?

  • I can do that a houndred times.

    in my dreams:P

  • this is what i have dedicated myself too

  • this is important for fucking . nice

  • With the glasses, you look like Clack Kent. XD

  • f-ing amazing..

  • I have a feeling stuff like this gives you amazingly strong kidney punches.

  • holy shit dude nice job and how long did it take you to do a fully plunch. i can do a tucked advance plunch for about 5 seconds or so.

  • Very nice 5/5 mate.

Also can you help me with my planche?

  • you train for the planche by working handstands on a wall with your stomach facing the wall, then moving your hands away from the wall with your shoulders increasingly in front of your hands. once you can get all the way to a wall planche (feet on wall) work on free standing handstands, and lower to as close to a planche as you can, and hold. continue doing the planche pushups, and also do some rockups to handstand if you can (like a 90 degree pushup, but start in a seal stretch).

  • Very nice but please tell me how do you start training for this?

  • pushups with elbows close to body, then pseude-planche pushups (hands by hips) then straddle planche pushups (legs apart)

    good luck!

  • great strength man. And bboy junior is strong but I have never seen him do this many in row.

  • no doubt in my mind that bboy junior is stronger than me... but i'm getting there!

  • haha ya im proud of ya doing it, i saw him doing it and wish i could, and now after reading ur comments maybe ill start practicing... thanks and good job

  • dude u shud bboy junior, i swear he can do it better!

  • My favorite part.....the ending. :)

  • that is not even normal... he is not human... amazing

  • Not full ROM but still damn impressive. You should see how many full ones you could do, stopping for a brief hold in the planche position each time.

  • can u do front lever pullups ect and whats your height and weight?

  • i can do two or three front lever pullups, but i'm not really training right now. the whole reason I'm doing the 90 degree pushups and planche pushups is because some friends of mine saw the world record video of 11 90 degree pushups, and they said i couldn't do it. so, i started working on beating the world record last week. i have it in my crosshairs for sure. I'm 5'10" and 185 lbs.

  • how does one go about learning that if he isn't a gymnastics pro?

  • yup im interested to know too, I think you start off with static holds for a minute, frogstand (knees on elbows), tucked knees, untucked, straddle, planche. im not sure though.
