  • Yes,I am agreeing to that statesment made. Kids usually do start out throwing with their upper body. I have that same problem myself. I am going to try to practice throwing with the musceles on the lower part of my body. That might help with the consistancy.

  • It does, make sure you take a stride as long as you are tall, because this helps with velocity and power, which also help control the pitch . :D ( im a pitcher )

  • Thanks! This really did help me. I have always used my upper body. Somedays I would pitch well and others...not so well. But after watching this video I really did realize that I can pitch easier using the musceles on the lower part of my body. Thanks!
