i can tell you don't know anything about the correction system, PC is Protective Custody it has nothing to do wether its minimum security or not its in a separate module away from the General Poulation. I don't know how Arkansas classifies them but in CA Level 1-2 is minimum security inmates 3-4 is medium/maximum I'm pretty sure they use a similar system but PC is always a separate unit in every state.

i can tell you don't know anything about the correction system, PC is Protective Custody it has nothing to do wether its minimum security or not its in a separate module away from the General Poulation. I don't know how Arkansas classifies them but in CA Level 1-2 is minimum security inmates 3-4 is medium/maximum I'm pretty sure they use a similar system but PC is always a separate unit in every state.

when TI bought this weapons he had gone through a terrible insident in which the car he was riding in was attacked at gun fire and one of his friend had been murdered in the insident, he had also been communicated by the police that he was in a hit list found in a gangster in jail, TI was scared and without any kind of protection against the attack, that is why he went out and bought this weapons illegally (mistake, he could have done it ligally)
