  • boljši kot original

  • At 1:13, I was half-expecting her to say 'Sickle and a hammer', heh.

  • i LOVE THE ALBUM VERSION

  • enigmatica alla david lynch

  • Remix fan here. :)

  • HQ from album:

  • as i've commented in another video. i like this version better. the one found on splitting the atom ep feels out of place. its too slow, i think. it doesn't fit the wrod "psyche" which makes the the album version feel like an adrenaline rush.

  • i like this version better than the other one.....

  • original version FTW.

  • love em both. this one has a very celestial sound to it. Its quite lovely.

  • I like both, but I much prefer the remix.

  • EP thats final!

  • remix from the EP has a magic feeling to it that isn´t here.

the beats and vox treatment in the remix are just stunningly beautiful

  • Sorry, I think these guys are right - the EP version sounds better IMO

  • I like the EP version way better.

  • on second thought, if I had heard this one first I'd love it more than I do now. I do like this one but the "remix" has become the original in my mind.

  • Love the EP and this version - its healthy to see/hear improvisation and variation rather than repeatedly trotting out the same version.

  • remix is empty. i love the original. it's dramatic and pathetic. emotional and great. u can almost see her running. the music takes u there.

  • I want this version. and I like this one better.

  • I also am a fan of both versions, but I much prefer this one. I love the strings, and how the song never releases the tension it is building up to. Great dramatic effect. In comparison, the EP version just warbles along (I still love it though).

  • Great performance! Can't wait for Heligoland!

  • You suck guys! The original version sounds a lot better than the banal remix from Flash Treatment. I love this little guitar that remembers be the end of David Arnold's "Camille's story", taken from James Bond "Quantum of Solace" OST...

  • a great song in its best version here!

  • i think the remix version is better. as much as i love massive attack (one of my favourite bands) their production seems very simplified lately. The new EP is lacking the intricate atmospheres and rich textures of 100th window and mezzanine. splitting the atom, the track itself seems to have about 4 layers of instrumentation.

portishead released an album last year after 11 years of silence and took a new direction and still managed to perfect it. I hope massive does the same.

  • Really? Dude, I've loved the new stuff so far.

  • Have to agree with you. I much prefer the remix version from the EP. This version hasn't got the MA feeling to it........sorry!!!! Don't see the chaps putting the remix version on the new CD, shame!! Although I do love the track Marakesh!!!!

  • holy shit. i really cant decide which version i like more. this song is another milestone in the massive attack history.

  • The Version from the EP Splitting the Atom is very greater than this ! I hope, they play the EP Version in Cologne...

  • This "real" version of psyche sounds better than the Remix Version from the EP Splitting the Atom. It is more dramatic and original.

  • Класс! Аранжировка гораздо интереснее, чем в ЕР. Вокал у психеи завораживающий..

  • а мне наоборот альбомная версия больше нравится.

  • Звучит круче чем на альбоме, видео сногсшибательное было на табло
