purely down to cleaning issues on different sites. McDonlads coffee is far better than Charbucks. And world wide they change the blend and roast to suit I heard a rumour that in France it has a really high robusta content and much darker roast.
was the first shot dead? cause there are more factors in what makes a espresso shot good or bad and I don't feel like you've explained these factors in this video
@klarinetta Every day, 27 million people eat at McDonald's in the USA. Every year, this number grows by 1 million. I think that's the dumbest question I have ever heard someone say, especially if you are American. sorry for you
Whether or not I cleansed in between, I'm sure that the horrible ashtray taste of the first affected my perception of the second... That being said, there was a noted improvement in quality with the second. There must be some kind of cleaning cycle that the first Mickey Dees wasn't doing properly.
@coffeenate1 I've experienced the 'ashtray' aftertaste a lot, and from my barista days I always found it was always remedied by proper cleaning / rinsing. The shop I worked at still has issues with occasional bad streaks of shitty pulls (until I nicely remind them to clean the machine), so I wouldn't trust anyone in a training / management position at McDicks to be any better.
@ChrisBullock Thank Chris! I'm quite confident that you are absolutely correct! I doubt the burger flippers are going to properly maintain these precise machines!

Next stop vending machine! It can be an add-on to those Redbox machines. Would you like an espresso with your Marmaduke DVD?

For the first thing who goes to McDonald's anyway or Burger King or other such garbage places ? I wouldn't even go there if I had hangovers.
