Could someone who is in the know enlighten us on how are judges appointed in Kenya. This case validates the recommendation in the Draft Constitution that all judges ought to step aside and seek re-appointment anew. Let us sanitize all our institutions for God's sake.
You must be politically well connected, have bank loans you can't pay and be ready to throw the law under the political bus...only then will the president 'put' you on the bench to defend him, his wife and a cabal of other thieves in the Cabinet!
