  • I live in a house sharing a room with my 2 brothers and all they do is play console all day, i only get a corner of the room for my desk and rig so I can see how these guys can all play together, I sleep on the floor, no mattress, mostly preference. I can see how these guys can do it, and if I could live in that house and play sc2 all day i would be fine.

  • PLEASE RESPOND: How much do these guys make in like a year?

  • i would live here...

  • SC2 Cr13z

  • After seeing the EG house I feel that.....well......this is just sad.

  • Why does JInro reminds me of quagmire in Famile guy ?

  • the only reason people are complaining about the apartment is because most sc players already live for free in their parents basement, eat for free all the while playing starcraft all day. basically everyone complaining is spoiled as fuck

  • wow this place actually looks good! people should stop complaining, it looks good and super stylish! team liquid and oGs FTW!

  • They aren't being forced to live their, there are many many players who do all of this but in their own home, they practice with the whole team, practice day in and day out, some people like it some don't. I would still give anything to be living this dream regardless of privacy.

  • lol,sub standard living, they got all shit for free and do the thing they enjoy while getting payed for it,that is the thing everyone aims for,get payed to do the thing u enjoy.as for pussy, get a hotel room get urself some bitches and bang away,u got the money for it

  • @iljavija lol, look at the EG house first, and the players are incomparable

  • @booSackk ok point.beds were a bit much, but still, they don t pay rent, food is free, all the money they make goes straight in their pocket.EG is an USA team so nothing strange there,Americans are known for having awesome living standards(if they don t get fucked by AIG and those satan lovers)

  • 1:40

    more beds..more bunk...beds

  • WTF IS JINRO EUROPEAN OR AMERICAN ???

  • @finalfrontier001 european

  • @finalfrontier001 He is european, but he plays for the us.

  • @finalfrontier001 European, he speaks english well.

  • huk is a migit lol xD

  • I would do it =\ too bad i suck

  • 99% of Korea is apartments. This is a common lifestyle guys...

  • They live like this because in Korea its standard. In America we think of it has WTFS

  • I would love to be in the oGs team. It would be so cool to live with the pros and play starcraft all day.

  • Try not to talk so fast whitey.

  • @Mehdiv too fast for you to follow? hahaha

  • @mihalikman107 Not for me, for the korean.

  • hey hydrax, i was wondering if huk is from quebec? cuz i think i saw somebody that looked like him

  • What the hell? they are making tons of money and they live in that house?

I would know better if i was that good :D

  • @pikfortuin so you'd pass up a free place to live with free food and good practice partners whenever you need them?.....yeah you sure sound like you know better

  • huk sound gay

  • @baroch8

I dont think he cares as he just won dreamhack summer 2011

  • LOL AT JINROS FACE

  • Huk sounds like a pedophile but i still love him.

  • dont seem that bad, you dudes are rich lol

  • Jinro's new name is CHINro....

  • paul walker?

  • "They wake up at 11 in the MORNING" I lol'd

  • oGsMC already has won over 100.000$ in tournament prizes, without knowing the profits of sponsors, and sc2 doesn't have a year of life yet. He said that he will go to do the military service when he reach 1 milion dollars in winnings. Sub standard living conditions¿? shut up noobs.

  • I need to get in that house NAD pown some nerds

  • WEST HEMISPHERE? OMG these guys are almost ignorants

  • I need to live here

  • Man...what I needed to fart....

  • all you people calling this sub-standard living have probably never seen what true sub standard living in south Korea is. hell, even our military barracks were 10x worse at casey/hovey than this apartment. i would have given a months pay to live in a nice apartment like this compared to the shit we had on post. 15x15 brick room with 2 beds a sink and shared shower. THAT is sub standard living.

  • why dont they play in their own houses?

  • Actually I dont thnik I can manage playing professionaly. 10 hours a day, not so much money, room with 10 guys sleeping at a time ...... I thought it was different. And what about girls ? sex ? beers ? :D

  • I would love it. I love being around people who love what i love even if it means being closer than usual

  • How do these guys wank in that common sleeping room? You cannot make me believe they don't have a need to wank?

Or maybe it's called team liquid for a reason ...?

  • @nageljeuk LOL that's groooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooos

  • @nageljeuk Ever heard of a shower dude?

Thanks for the tour by the way.

  • When i see this Video, i immediatly have one question.

Where do these guys have one off the wrist?

  • this is just sad...

  • @shortstuff2064

Totally man, i dont know.. i feel sorry for them.

  • I thought they were super praised and lived in a relatively luxurious "mansion".

To me it looks like a place where you can stand totally still in your life.

But still gotta give them the respect for being such awesome players.

And the balls to move from across the world to the place to do what they wanna do.

  • king huk

  • LOL look at the guy flying to the island in scrapstation! at 12:03

  • zeion doesnt look happy lol

  • @21stcenturyrocker zenio*

  • so i havent seen one girl in that entire house so its 15-20 virgin nerds sleeping, eating, playing SC2, and jacking off in one house sweet life bro, fucking losers

  • @xiAresx lmao a bit harsh but probably true :D

Im sure one of them must have some game.

  • @xiAresx that was strong =0

  • It is not sub standard living? They get a home for nothing lol I think it looks nice, University halls are worse ^^

  • @VexSaurfang They dont get a home for nothing. They dont play starcraft, they work in starcraft lol, they practice and train, its called Esports for a reaason.

  • i love huk

  • chinroooo

  • Didn't know that HuK was homosexual.

  • The guy interviewing is SO FRIGGING BORING.......

  • I think Huk has just recently taken a huge step up and I think he will be a force for the next GSL.

  • huk sounds a bit gay....no offence i mean..but ye

    O_o

  • Thank you for this.

My admiration for these players grows with every match I view on GOM. SC2 is a different game in Korea. There is so much to learn from Korean players and so much to think about when it comes to the Korean SC "business."

    This video is very valuable.

  • Totally Enders Game barracks units. Looking at the future here folks

  • Spunky is such a great guy.

  • This is a very odd way to live though. You really have to love SC2 to do this stuff. I wonder if they let them outside? Being a North American / European must be difficult as well. When you get bored of SC2 what is there to do? You can leave the house and do what? Seems like the language barrier would be tough to over come.

I'd want to go pick up some korean girls, would be tough bringing them back to that house full of dudes :D hahaha

  • According to Liquid Ret in some interview, I heard that they can go out whenever they like to eat or play :P

  • @JohnnyDarko01

Not in korea, u just have to say: hello im oGsInCa or something, and they'll be all over u, probably the coolest thing is to get invited to the oGs/TL house;) haha korea is.. quite different from europe and USA:D

  • @JohnnyDarko01 Not just outside, the language barrier would be hard inside as well. Most of the oGs players don't speak fluent english so training could still be difficult.

  • @JohnnyDarko01 There are tons of things to do outside of Korea. It's an amazing country

  • @Nikinikas you do know that south korea is not the whole of Korea? Or is north korea also a fun place?

  • @JohnnyDarko01 thats why koreans are generally better at SC2, they spend all of their time practicing

  • @JohnnyDarko01 i'm sure i've seen something like that in a porno once

  • @Ruscull LOOOOOL

  • @JohnnyDarko01 dude, if you are an european, play starcraft II and lives together with oGs. I think the korean girls will WANT to go to your house. However, not to sleep with you, but to see the other guys play.

  • @JohnnyDarko01 Thats why you go to her house.

  • @JohnnyDarko01 i was thinking the exact same thing.. i seriously love starcraft 2 with a passion but seeing how these guys live i wouldn't wanna be caught dead in one of those houses.. especially the privacy part and bringing a girl with you in one of those houses would be awkward as hell for her lol.. i have 2 friends that went there, i'm a grand master zerg on the EU ladders.. ^^

  • Huk sounds flamboyant

  • @JohnnyDarko01 hes gay. not a fag, like a cool gay

  • @JohnnyDarko01 is that the nice way of saying gay

  • Really interesting to see their house!

  • the BW top tier clans have much better conditions, but then again they rake in like 10 times the money as SC2 players atm. I give it a few more years before conditions improve

  • It must get SOO hot in there with all the computers in there

  • "They concentrate more in the morning." That's not completely true. Seems like they would implement some sort of exercise regime in the morning. I know increased oxygen, from exercising that is, through out the body can increase awareness, concentration among many other things. I know personally after exercising I feel sharper in anything I do, including SC2.

  • I was COMPLETELY wrong, imagining how those pro-gamers "work" and live...

... this is sub-sub-sub-standard. Looks like some cheap ass youth hostel. Somehow shocking.

  • @fipsfoxy i agree, TLO came back from Korea stating that he had injured his hand and was tired of the lack of privacy. They do get payed to play SC2 but the bunk beds and 20 people living in an aprtament must have its toll.

  • @xHydrax This is surprising since I went to a house once that was filmed during the brood war days and they had great accommodations. Receding economy..

  • @xHydrax Seoul is one of the most expensive cities on earth. If they weren't playing SC2 they would be living in similar quarters with their family/grandparents/uncles 20 to a house. This isn't sub-par for them.

  • @jesburger this is in Incheon, not Seoul.

  • @xHydrax most korean pro teams actually don't give a salary. unless they're really good.

  • @fipsfoxy its not that bad? looks pretty nice :o

  • @fipsfoxy Its Korea though. Keep in mind that a lot of the houses there are small and cramped.

  • @fipsfoxy im curious, how did u think they live and work

  • @fipsfoxy See EGs team house, you'll have a different view on this. Pretty much everyone has their own rooms and it's a nice and spacious house.

  • Huk still ragin?

  • CHINro

  • great interview

  • Awesome vid! Jinro Fighting! Hopefully HuK's practice will help him qualify next season.

  • great vid, i also recommend nevake's videos if you are interested in the old sc1 pro life.

  • this is cool! I always wanted to know what the Ogs and team liquid house was like

  • this vid was great.

  • thanks for this vid Hydra :)

  • THERE HE IS! LIQUID JINRO HWAITING! <3

  • spunky sounded either high or very tired

  • @barraged He's chill, like most Korean guys.

  • Awesome crib :3
