  • great vids

  • @itsamilligan thanks man

  • sounds good, great horn, that cracks me up

  • @tuffnutt34 thanks man, haha the video doesnt do it justice. it literally sounds exactly like the cartoon "roadrunner." lol gets some good laughs anyways.

  • love the kz's dude....that my first street bike was a 550...not super quick but she sure was fun!

i plan to make one of these a future project.....sure looks fun!

    later bigsky!

  • @1968hambone thanks man! ive been trying pretty unsuccessfully to post the new video of it, either my internet connection is pooched or youtube is having serious glitches, either way its infuriating me. hopefuly have it up soon, much nicer look on the bike now.

  • That's sweet man, it sits right.

  • that blows man i cant imagine whats up with that shit..buta cbr cafe bike hah, wood like to see that man

  • @FingerLickinGravy67 im gonna have to put up a vid next week of the cbr, its mostly done, needs a few tweaks but it ends up not looking half bad. its still a ratty streetfighter, thats the main thing. haha

  • yea man

  • @FingerLickinGravy67 ill have to post up a vid, the kawi has been giving me issues with the charging system, i cant keep it charging for more than a few days before it burns out the rec/reg so i parked it for a while, should be done a bunch of work on my cbr cafe racer. its sick.

  • you gota point ther man, but i didnt see any difrence in any of the clyinders from puttin the filter on but could be somthin even tho it cant be heard...but the dam thing pokin my legs might piss me off enough to ditch it sometime

  • @FingerLickinGravy67 yeah, i mean its one less thing to worry about anyways, id be too nervous with a home made air filter. mesh screen velocity stacks would be badass on that thing man!

  • ah thanks dude ill give it a shot, i made my own air filter tho ( dunno why, its reqtangle n' pokes my legs) but shouldnt be a problem tunin 'er up.

  • @FingerLickinGravy67 hmmm not saying you dont know what youre doing but a home made air filter can cause serious flow problems, you can get pods super cheap, i got mine theyre "XS" brand, i think. theyre just as good as k&n pods only 1/3 the price, a good filter will make all the difference, my bike is a completely different animal when the filters are clean and oiled.

  • hey man, after a while with more work, a nearly done bike and tryin to plug up the exuast a bit for back pressure with succe...mostly failures,,, what jetting setup do you have for straight pipes? any changes besides the mains? not that familiar with these carbs havnt had em apart yet.

  • @FingerLickinGravy67 ive got 122.5 mains, i also set the needle jet, theyre on the engine side of the carb on the bottom, a big round flathead screw, i gave those a half turn to the right to richen the pilots a little, i also set the needles up one spot for a slightly richer middle area mixture. hope that helps man! these carbs should run pretty easy on pods, if theyre resistant to tuning and the bike doesnt wanna run right you might need to take em out and clean em good once or something.

  • I like it. How did you change it into a hardtail? I like the look for sure, very cool.

  • @yellowbusguy - its a full new frame from stock, the front and rear engine mounts and the two down tubes are factory, the rest is a from scratch frame that i fabricated. before the frame though, i cut out the stock subframe and welded struts to the frame and the swingarm.

  • wow !! looks very nice and sounds awesome ,

    5 stars !

  • thanks dude!
