I always look onto oncoming traffic when I turn left and you have to be blind not to see a car going 200KM/H at you.... some of you may argue and say there is a hill there and you can't see... Well, I've just drove there in a Caravan and could see all the oncoming cars perfectly...Clearly the cause of this crash remains with the driver of a Honda! The Russian guy is stupid for his actions but he does not deserve more then a year in jail. I hope he has a good lawyer!

Also I really doubt that he was going that fast as our media and lovely donut eaters like to bullshit and make the situation seem worse then it already is.... Why don't you ask on what those cops were doing when they saw the guy pass by him... I gurantee you that Roman got scared when he saw the cops and he floored it, thats when the accident happend.. From there you can start blaming everybody, the cops, the weather, the drivers, the act of god... ofcourse it is always easier to blame the drunk

the drunk was going at 200km/h.. about 50meters/second. no one could have reacted to that in time. He got away with minor injuries.. so minor that he was taken straight to the police station.
That stupid fuckin retarded ass drunk driver needs to get life in prison with no parole!!!! Drunk driver needs to suffer for life! One of the victims that passed is my friends mother... she was just minutes away from home... My condolences for all the family and friends of those who passed...

The drunk must have covered the distance from Black Creek to Tobermory road in just a couple of seconds, way too fast for the average driver to react (even in daylight).
