take this in. Its raining so it can be slippery, you can get blurred vision, and if you're talking about norman and scott slipping alot then rain is a huge factor. Its at night. Norman and the killer are high up so the lack of oxygen can make the person exhausted very easily, therefore can make either one give out and slip from the lack of oxygen. And look at their age..They are not teens..I assure you they are not uncoordinated. Like comon this is kinda self explanatory dude.
